Ah I see. The manga is pretty good too if you want to get more insight on it. The anime so far is impressive and IG imo has done a great job adapting the series. I just hope they can keep it up!

I'm not surprised that Attack on Titan landed #1 as for most people I've also seen as the strongest pilot episode/series so far with its faithful adaptation, soundtrack, action, themes, etc. I'm curious though but are you going to give the manga a shot as well?

No problem. :p But yeah, I am going. I want to go to university so I have to go to college first and it's best to go straight out of School as it's free and gives me the best experience, as well as being around people of the same age.

I understand education systems work completely differently in different places so I like learning how it works in other countries.
That's quite interesting. For you to be able to compare I'll explain how it works in England.
Nursery - Anywhere from 6 months old up to 4 years old. Nursery is completely optional but you have to pay for it or be given Nursery vouchers from the government. I went twice a week from when I was 2 years old.
Primary School - Year 0-Year 6. Ages 4-11.
Secondary/High School - This varies in different places and some places have the Lower Secondary School then the Higher Secondary School. Lower is Year 7-9 which is ages 11-14 and Higher is Year 10-11 which is ages 14-16. However, mine is just 1 School for Year 7-11 which is ages 11-16. I hope this explanation clears it up for you a bit.
College - Year 12-13 which is ages 16-18. Used to be optional but is now compulsory as of this year.
University - 18+
College is optional for me due to the year I was born in and the time the law was made. The law is going to be put into practice for Autumn 2013 for the then Year 11s but considering I'm already Year 11 I'm the final year which has a say in whether I attend college or not but I'm going to anyway.

Ah, well you know what you want and if you don't want to learn something then there's no point continuing with it.
I hope you get in (when it applies to you) as it'd be such an awesome experience and if you do get in I'd love to read your blog!
Oh yeah, when I took German (it was compulsory for 2 years) the grammar confused me so much and I never actually got a grasp on it. Thankfully it's not compulsory for me anymore so I don't have to waste time trying to understand a language I didn't even want to learn in the first place.
Yeah, there's quite a difference between how the American and British educational systems work. :P High School finishes at 16, then it's 2 years of college then 4 years of university but college is optional for me. However, for the years below me college will be compulsory for them.
To be honest, I'm not enjoying them anymore and I can't wait to be done with them haha. The only one I still don't mind is Science.

Nagi is one of my favourites and I love the Love Song project. <3
C++ and other Computer coding languages are extremely helpful and will bag you a very good job in the future if you keep with it but only keep with it if you're enjoying what you're getting out of it. I find Japanese a lot of fun as well and I'm happy you find it fun. <3 If what you want is to just focus on Japanese then go for it! There are many jobs - both well paid and rewarding that you can try to go for if you get far with Japanese. I would love to study abroad in Japan for a year and if you feel ready to afterwards then I wish you the best of luck. If you do I'll be a bit jealous I have to say. :P
I find German quite simple and easy to pronounce but I do find Japanese logical like you've said. I wish Japanese was an option in my School but they only have French, German and Latin. :< They don't even offer Spanish and Latin is a dead language.
Easter break is lovely atm~ I love being able to be free and relax for 2 whole weeks. Unfortunately though, I always leave my homework until the last minute and that's exactly what I'm doing now. Will regret it at the end of the holidays like always. :P
I am in high School but I leave on 24th May and last exam is 20th June. Then I go off to college in early September. I'm currently studying English Language, English Literature (compulsory for me being a good student in English Language), Maths, Science and Religious Studies which are all the compulsory subjects. Then the 4 subjects I chose were History, Digital Photography, Health & Social and Drama. :)
