| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- New OP and ED this week featuring all of the girls together! It was a really good episode all around, great to see that Ichigo gets an underclassmen that also started wanting to be an idol after seeing Mizuki~ Another new song for the new character Sakura as well who I look forward to seeing as a regular member of the cast. |
| the show's starting to return to form. i liked sakura's song, even if her personality is a bit nonexistent at the moment. new op & ed are nice, though i will sorely miss calendar girl. i also enjoyed that the writers saved the brother/sister drama from being forced & cheesy by making the characters unnecessarily melodramatic anyway. by being overly melodramatic it somehow managed to save it from being simply melodramatic, which was a relatively clever move imo. |
| I thought it was a pretty good episode. It is nice to have a new OP/ED, though the OP has a very different feel than Signalize and no ED could ever replace Calendar Girl. Sakura is all right so far. I wonder how long they have to be trainers to underclassmen. It didn't seem to be a thing when Aoi and Ichigo transferred in. Interested in seeing the magician girl. Getchman said: well that's nice, now we know what year Mizuki is in. been wondering about that for a while now I am pretty sure that was established near the beginning of the show. The most recent reference to her age I can remember though would be when Ran was facing a 3rd year to be a muse, and Mizuki referred to the girl as her "senpai", putting her between 1st and 3rd year. |
| I forgot know Mizuki was a second year, I wonder what the third years think of her. New character seems ok so far but she didn't make as big of an impression compared to Aoi or Ichigo. I'm not really keen on the new OP but love the new ED. |

| New opening and ending... I think I like them both a bit better. Not really happy that we're getting more students we'll have to focus on. I really want it to be about the main three, or even five, going about becoming top idols. I'm not disliking where the show is going, but I wish it was going somewhere better that I thought it was originally headed. |

It was kind of foreshadowed even in OP 1 that there were going to be 7 characters. But I agree about wanting to focus on the main three. And I mean whenever something important happens it seems Otome and Yurika just kind of fade away for an episode or two. |
| Am i the only one still waiting for some drama to happen between Ichigo and Aoi?? You know, all the "We are rivals" could get serious in a one on one audition, or something like that. On the other hand... i didn't liked Sakura so much, i'm still doubting why i like this anime so much... |

| I was really hoping we would see more focus on Yurika and Otome. Now with more characters it'll be those getting the focus. New OP/ED. IMO I liked Signalize better along with Calender Girl. |

| Loving the new OP, it's a very upbeat contrast to the previous one. Sakura seems like quite the addition, that Kitaooji theater thing is crazy. I loved Sakura's performance, it was very graceful and mesmerizing. The new ed is really cute too. |

| New OP/ED. Nice. That drama between Sakura and her brother, Sakon, was pretty forced and lame, but oh well. I'm glad he came to his senses. Sakura is so cute! ^_^  |
