| Half_Bl00d (list) A fun and animated experience! This is one of the most unique layouts I've ever seen and feels something right out of an anime or video game. It's the kind of design I want to see ppl do the most: unique, interactive, and imaginative! In addition to having this breakthrough effect its an amazing layout with unique fun menus, a cool way to look at stats and a beautiful pink color scheme! Lirina (list) Wow Lirina's Ginga e kickoff! list is a great list to close out 2012! It has great some of the best color and imagery I've ever seen on a list! The background images have a translucent quality that really emphasize the background. It captures a theme of a long day of practice ending. Plus its fun to use and come back to and she updated it later in 2013. In addition, Lirina's list design won a Favorite Design award in our 2013 Winter/Spring List design contest, and the Color category among other placements and votes. Demonic9ight (anime list) With my obvious love for GIFs, why did I never think of this? This is the first layout I've seen with an animated background! The GIF doesn't do it justice, you'll need to check it out while its still up. Also the list style has unique graphics and feel that really offset the background. Speirix made it so every page had different renders and different backgrounds. Because every category page has a unique feel, it makes this one of my personal fave layouts of 2012. | Shishio-kun (Member Card for SylakentH) I am honored to be told by many my own member card designs are amazing and some of the best ever seen! I made much of the card's border by hand, er pointer? This Sena card is my most requested and the style has gone on to influence many card designers to step it up and do more "personalized" requests, using requested renders, instead of the usual card style on MAL.
