| awesome ending, but it was expected, i wish there was some other interesting developments to the story. that last scene didnt really peak my interest or anything, the one with the top dude saying like at issue whatever if it isnt competing with niizuma then i will cancel it. oh well though, all in all great second season and i cant wait for the third :) |

| It went as expected until they got 1st place and showed the result to Mashiro's uncle. Those scenes had a LOT more impact than in the manga. I was so happy for them I teared. While the first half was average, the second half was really good. Definitely a well done episode. I'd give the episode a 10/10 if it wasn't for all the other mangakas kind of killing the mood between the 1st place discovery and the family grave scene. 9/10 |

| After reading through the manga I kinda wish they hadn't cut Shizuka Ryu from the show. Without him Yamahisa has no redeeming scenes and comes off as just a douchebag. |

| I... Wow... I cried. That's all I can say. I went into this with not very high expectations. Let's just say, this last episode was much better than the Chihayafuru one I just saw earlier today. What a shame that two amazing anime ended today (for me at least). I laughed my ass off when Hattori and Yujirou did that weird dance thing at the party. It's really weird how their last names are both Hattori. You know what, I plain fucking love Niizuma Eiji, he is an unique and wonderful character. Wish he didn't have to work with Akina Aiko though. When it comes to their win, I am just so happy that it happened that way. Their morale has been really low throughout Tanto, and the #1 ranking was such a great and happy way to end it off. I feel like Tanto, albeit maybe a bit boring, was really necessary for these two to develop, both as characters and mangakas. The ending montage really got to me, and I started tearing up. Ashirogi Muto have been through so much, and it's only going to get better now. I absolutely CANNOT wait for Bakuman 3, I hope they make it as good as this 2nd season. Just plain wow. Amazing series, really, I wish more people would watch this. I'm all goosebumpy and frazzled because the ending was done so magnificently, and set up perfectly for the next season. Okay I'll end this comment off, but... Here's to the next season of Bakuman, and may it have more seasons along the way! |
| So much better than the first season. And that is mainly because it was focused on them creating manga and not the lame love story of Mashiro (which I still think is completely stupid). I like the editor and chief doing that to them. There were numerous times I would feel that things were getting a little to easy and given to them and thought it took away from the realistic aspect. I mean a lot of the stunts they pulled wouldn't really work in real life. But anyway, I did like that ending with him at the cemetery and will be waiting to see what happens. 8/10 |

| I really liked Mashiro's speech about manga. It was done really well and felt more serious and meaningful that it did in the manga. It was the best part in this episode for me. It was a nice touch that they decided to depict Mashiro's uncle in a spiritual form or w/e that was too. And as stupid as it might sound the only thing that bothered me was that Shiratori's voice wasn't as feminine as I imagined it to be, but no biggie. Good conclusion episode. 5/5 Overall this season focused a little bit more on the technical aspects of the industry and dealt with character interactions where's the first season focused more on the pure enthusiasm aspect and had fresher feeling to it. But overall I liked both of them. But either way both had stable and good quality. So it seems like the 25 episodes each year formula works well for Bakuman. I gave the first one an 8/10 and this one was just as good so I'll give it a 8/10 aswell. Personal predictions for season 3: Either way, I'm expecting the arrival of season 3. |

| Ah, as I hoped, the season ended at the grave-scene. =) It wasn't nearly as touching, as in the manga, for me, but it still was an awesome finale. Great season overall, again. Some episodes felt a bit rushed, but that wasn't really bad. 8/10 Can't wait for season 3. Shiramine all the way. |

| Won-der-ful. Just one word. Through this season; I smiled, I laughed, I cried, I got desperate, I got hopeful... This anime is just too realistic and splendid. I truly love it. During the past year, this was one of the best fictions that I discovered. And thankfully I did. Although I am looking forward to season 3, this break will actually be good as the watchers will miss it and we will perceive it even more amazing. Especially that last scene...Ojii-san... Being the first... Way to go Ashirogi-kun! |

| Amazing ending. I'm very happy they did those changes to PCP. IMO PCP is way more catchy then PCC. I remembered Shizuka Ryu only from the comments here, I guess it was a really good thing that they decided to exclude him. He was a rather boring character. I don't even remember what happened to him. I don't even care. I loved how he went to his uncle's grave and those flashbacks. Truly an episode being worth of calling ending. I loved it. 5/5 Anime was very catchy and although I read the manga I kept looking forward to new episodes. When I started reading Naruto I dropped the anime after it caught up with the manga, so this is a good sign. XD I also liked a lot the way they adapted it and that they nearly perfectly follow manga and make it better. 10/10 |

| 9/10 Everything about this anime is really good. I love almost all characters and I love how even most of the side characters have awesome personalities that are worked out really well. I can't wait until season 3! :D One of the best storylines I've seen so far. |
