| I love the animation. It has a great retro feel, of the anime from the 80s... before before moe-shit. I also get a great dune vibe. Looking forward to this. |

| I'm less impressed than I thought I would be... I like the retro art, but I wish every female character didn't look exactly the same, especially when the male characters are drawn with so much creativity and variation! The girls have the same face, just different hairstyles. I thought the scene where the ship was fending off the 'bad guys' was a bit boring, though. It just took too long! But the first episode did a pretty good job of setting up the world. I'm interested. |

| Well, this is ... interesting o_O The art for the characters is certainly ... a bit unusual, I suppose. Especially their eyes lol :P The main character's voice kind of irks me X_X Still dunno who Maya is (probably some princess or other) but it'll be interesting to see where this goes ;P I have to say that I absolutely LOVE the OP though XD The ED was all right |
| Wow a sand submarine? Though I'm less impressed than the usual because I've seen Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei Specials land submarine first. Only 6 episodes? Might as well stick to see what's going on the next 5 episodes. |

| I knew I heard Sam's voice somewhere, then when he said "aniki" I knew it was Simon's from Gurren Lagann right away. Overall predictable, especially with the character design stereotypes. Will stick to it, it's just 5 episodes, let's see if they can make it at least canonically fine. |
| Dune meets Gundam's Char, lol. It seems old school design makes men more manly and girls less attractive. Anyway it was interesting enough and certainly intriguing enough for me to check more episodes. |
