| Just getting sweeter and sweeter each episode, aww.. ;u; And the ED is as soothing as ever. I'm not really into episodic anime in general (Mushishi was great though), but this feels just.. right somehow, especially when I'm already tired. Not really the kind of anime ever to get into my favourites, but.. yeah. Calming, I do like it. Nayah said: My whole world was shattered when the little fox started using 'boku'.. Hehe, that's when I got it, too.. Wasn't that world-shattering though, I simply thought "oh.. okay, then". XD |

| The story hasn't developed all that much, but each episode seems to get me more attatched. I guess it is potraying the theme of lonliness and i can relate to that too, altogether it just gives me a warm feeling watching this <3 |

| Another sweet episode. I hope that they can meet again. The little fox was just too cute! And for a minute there I just got the wird feeling that something might happen to him when he left the train. I guess I've seen too many "tragedy" animes recently. |

| Uber-Cuteness!!! Then again, I always like kitsune.. This kid's adorable, cute ... He was getting tricked?? Aren't kitsune normally supposed to be the tricksters themselves? Oh well, must be 'cause he's so young. And yeah, with the hat and the shirt as well I guess anyone would think it's a girl. nyanko sensei was fun again as well. |

| Wearing the girl clothes seems like his way of holding on to his mother's memory. I mean he talks to the hat, and I don't see any youkai clothing stores around. To be honest, it's a good thing the fox was a boy, otherwise I would've cried man tears if he sent a little girl back to the forest to live alone with her mother's grave. But since it's a boy, effit. |

| Love this episode so much, the little fox is sooooo kawaii <3 It makes me feel all fuzzy and warm everytime I watch this episode... <3 I liked to see Natsume kind of happy at the begin of the episode, when he was laughing, it was nice to see him cheerfull for a change ^^ Seeing the little fox trying to seek shelter under that huge leaf was too cute for words! It made me want to hug him, kawaaaiii ~~~<3 My heart really broke for a moment when Natsume instantly replied with a cold "I don't need it". I really froze for a moment, thinking I read it wrong, thinking Natsume would never be that harsh... I was shocked... Until he explained he didn't wanted to have a master - servant relationship but wanted them to be friends *I melted* :) Ahww, the little fox was so cute when he tried to cheer himself up ^^ ~Aye Aye Aye Aye Aye Aye Aye!~ The holding hands and the train scene's were also really nice... But the best part was when Natsume went after him (after he was getting a little depressed, feeling lonely) and Natsume hugged him while he was crying <3 Most touching and cute scene so far! <3 |

| It is interesting to see how Natsume is just as powerful as his grandmother (able to defeat the two bully demons pretty easily), but is such a gentle person. He's a good ambassador for humanity in general to the spirit world--and we probably need one seeing the way we treat nature. |
