Lots more echiness! That is the first thing and on top of that it opens up with a wet dream from Miyafuji O_o I swear I have not seen a anime yet that has a episode with that kind of opening. Breaking the sound barrier was AMAZING MAN! WAY TO GO SHIRLEY! Anyone know the correlation of her and a USA person who raced a lot and broke the sound record. Remind me of history here people. I think the mune thing at the end was the ecchi moment of this anime so far. I also think Shirley found a new way of killing those Neurois. I forgot the incident with Miyafuji and Mio but to me in general wasn't Miyafuji a little bit more ecchi than she was in the other episodes?? Next is about Sanya, hmmm I wonder what her story will be apart from it has something to do with singing.

Yuri subtext really went off the charts with this one, didn't expect it to be so heavy.

Yeager simply pierced the Neuroi with her shield in the end(or with her bikini, seeing it was the only thing that was damaged), i was hoping for a better fight, but i guess they ran out of time. They also conveniently jettisoned her P-51 Strike Unit in the sea so she won't be able to figure out exactly wtf Lucchini did.

Predictably, next episode will cover the Juutilainen/Litvyak pair, hopefully the last character introduction episode.

Lol yes, quite on the ecchi side this time. Turns out Miyafuji likes boobs...xD But on another note, I'm glad they introduced Shirley; she's a great character and was fun to watch her smash into the enemy with her going mach 1 speed with a shield.
The beginning part where Miyafuji encounters Sakamoto was hilarious. xD

Ok I'll say it too: Yoshika is more perverted than I though!

I really don't know what to say about this episode. ;.; Ecchi level was pretty high, and being all-girl made it even weirder. I dunno, I can tolerate this type of ecchi stuff, I just wish they'd put on some damn pants.

Miyafuji is such a perv! It's almost creepy to watch.

Well, we've got Eila in tight pants and Sanya in a skirt. Although, not sure if Sanya counts since we can still see the undies.

It was a pretty... Interesting episode, I guess. At least she reached Mach 1!

Shirley Yeager is based off Chuck Yeager who was the first man to break the sound barrier in the experimental plane: Bell X-1. The youngest of the Namesakes, and only one still alive today to watch this series, he, like the rest is a WW2 Ace Pilot. Seems like they combined him and Burt Munro, a New Zealander, who broke the Land Speed Record in 1967 at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah on a motorcycle. The movie, The World's Fastest Indian (The motorcycle brand was Indian), was based off of him.


Also, Finally get to see Shirley in action! Go USA/Liberion! Nice to see she isn't a ditzy cliche big-boobed fan-service character but a smart cool big-boobed fan-service character. Seems there was no avoiding it since they gave her the biggest.

Great episode,Myafuji good job!,,the first female protagonist that is a Seme,,,
