| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Dang, so Otose didn't really die. I guess it would make sense as the world wouldn't work without her. The soul lifting conversations were nice, but I hope there is a lot of action next week. ...wait, did I see the hard boiled guy, the only character that appeared in the episodes of Gintama that I found boring? |

| Pirako's plots are so evil, I wonder if she'll ever be happy. Jirocho doesn't seem to be type of person to suddenly change and pay attention to her. I could be wrong though.. Gintoki taking Tatsugoro's weapons and everyone defending Otose's bar was touching, awesome arc so far |

| I can hardly wait for the big battle next week. Especially loved how they showed all those people who over the past episodes had been helped by the Yorozuya hearing about the situation, and seeing their reactions. Looking forward to watching all their friends joining in the fight for Otose. |

| holy shitttt this was amazing. everytime i see this type of episode, i cant help but feel sorry for all the people who dropped Gintama after only a few episodes. They have no clue what they are missing. but damn you Gintama, for leaving me with that cliffhanger at the end.. i dont think ive ever been so excited for a next episode. this week is gonna feel like a month now. it looks like were finally gonna get to see another taste of some good action in the new and improved Gintama' 720p XD |

| I really can't wait to see everyone kick some ass next week. I really want the rest of Kabuki-chou that's indebted to Yorozuya to join in too. As much as I love the Otose 5, they might not be enough. Anyway, great episode. Guess it was mostly set-up for next week. So psyched! |

| Gintoki was awesome, when he was sitting there drinking his ichigo gyunyu. Finally he's gonna fight with a sword next ep. Epically epic episode, and the next seems to be even more so. |

| Freaking awesome episode! I loved it!! It made me sad when Kagura and Shinpachi were arguing with Gin, but he definitely needed to be set straight! So it was all good ^_^ I'm super excited for next week!! |

| So Otose lived I'm kinda relived because the bar wouldn't be the same without her. Shinpachi was amazing in this episode and this episode made me tear up a couple times Can't wait for the battle next week its going to be epic. |

| Amazing episode. Gintama never fails to impress me! It was touching in all the right places, and they pull off all the drama so perfectly. The only issue I have is that I"m going to be on a super long plane flight when the next episode comes out, and I don't even know if I'll have web access when I get off. I'll be going into Gintama withdrawals in no time. ;_; |
| Otose is going to get better, you can see it because she can talk and that shows signs of recovery. Everyone gets down in the next episode. Saigo's, Joricho's and Otose's district everyone's going to fight an all out war. Well it's actually all of Otose's friends. The next episode is going to be an all out war. |

| This arc is poised to eclipse all of the previous serious arcs; even the downtime between the climactic showdowns is unbelievably epic. |
