| It was cool to see the glimpses at everyone's entries. If they were real I'd be interested in reading all of them. Possibly Fukuda's the most since what bit of it I read was genuinely funny and detective stories aren't really my cup of tea. And that cliffhanger? Makes me want to punch a wall.  |

| Way to make cliffhanger out of a simple smile.... We all know the results by now... It's pretty obvious that Colorfusical manga is total crap and has nothing really interesting to give out not like Kiyoshi's comedy, Hideout Door cuteness and weirdness and Detective Trap coolness and wits! Was amazing to see through all the mangas that had an entry for the Cup... a bit of them, obviously Colorfusical was the one that was so misplaced that I'm pretty sure no one will vote for it... Just look at those drawings... are those even shounen... no is that even Manga? xD It's al up between Trap, Hideout and Kiyoshi.... The results turned this into an interesting battle... And everyone was told to start up with names for Serialization meeting huh? not bad not bad... So who will win? Who will be serialized LOL at Eiji's ways.... He's so bright... You gotta love him or hate his antics... Personally I love him... Oh and a surprise... never expected it... but I did watch perfectly fine... That was a Hiramaru cameo!! YAY!... If "Hideout Door" wasn't originally written with the intention of action scenes, I'm not sure that just shoehorning them in is a great plan. Fukuda's manga was badass with visible blood and tough guys, of course. The kind of thing that a lot of modern shonen is lacking... "I can't help if it it's a little bit late, right?" | From the four entries showcased, my favorite one for me personally was Shady Detective TRAP. I love my mystery manga (hell even a fan of Detective Conan if thinking about shounen mystery manga), and the art looks really polished with some great character designs so this one feels right up my alley. Second would probably be Kiyoshi Knight since I can also enjoy some rowdy shounen manga that pushes the boundaries and is almost carefree about itself as it tries to have the most fun it can with a delinquent humor-style polish to the character designs and kind of vibe. Third would actually be Colorfusical if just considering my favorites and now how it'd fit with the magazine since I'm sort of drawn in by its unconventional style although I am unclear about the message and thought behind it, of course since the anime didn't go into much context either with showing it. Last would be Hideout Door. The art looks good with some great detail with the backgrounds by Nakai, but the story personally doesn't have that much of an interesting hook for me to really dig into it, but then again, this kind of story is aimed more at the younger shounen demographic compared to stuff like Kiyoshi Knight which would have a much older audience in comparison, so makes sense. |

| koogy just didn't even care for his manga being "manga", all he cares is to success. and that's being shown well in his manga, even kaya said that. fukuda's manga was so intense and LOL, laughed so hard. nakai and ko manga looked super fantastic, but something about being "fantasty" theme in the way they did makes me less like it and meintantei trap looked super tense and interesting. lol at mashiro changing his feeling after miho's message xD |
