Damn.
Dude you would also spam outside the spam section just to get posts right?
>_>
My bad, wrong thread.Cihan said:Ok, you know I can somewhat understand people not wanting the spam forum removed, there's logical arguments for that, but people getting their panties in a twist about their spam posts not being counted, that is just stupid.
Visit some of the better threads in the spam forum please. Oh wait. Xinil murdered them. It really says a lot about you if the only reason you're posting in the spam forum is to raise your postcount.

this is prejudice against the spam lovers D:
either way, remove them if you must. dont remove our post counts
or else we'll just move to GD and post there to boost.
and then cyruz and the forum mods will definitely have their hands even more full of crap to deal with.
& believe me. when we post-whores realize spam posts dont count anymore
we will find ways to regain them >o>;
either keep it the same (we did spend the time to post them afterall)
or eliminate post counts completely.
Are you serious or are you just taking the piss? I cant tell. Will you be embarrased that when option #3 is implemented you wont have any posts or something? Why are you even on MAL?
Dude, that's pretty harsh. How many posts have you seen? Like, fuck. Why not just go somewhere else to post spam?
Maybe MAL has a better community? Has a DB attached to the forums and clubs etc? You're boggling my mind dude, you really are.
Here's some logic behind option #3: If their post count doesnt rise in the spam forum, people have less of an incentive to reply to stupid threads like 'whats the clock'. Lets face it, no one is actually replying in there because they have a passion for revealing the time in their timezone, they're replying because they're bored and they want to raise their post count while being bored.
Some spammers don't posts in places like there. No post count rise? No point in replying to a stupid thread that only demands digits from you.
Post counts should reflect activity on a site's forum, and by activity I mean actively contributing to the site by discussion, not punching digits and 'lol's all the time. Seriously.
So anyway, I've changed my mind about removing the spam forum thanks to this thread, I see its purpose and use, but I still am and always will be against spammers posts being counted. I've been a mod elsewhere before and it works wonders, honest.
