According to Media Factory's notice, the second season of Maria†Holic was announced to be produced by SHAFT and director Shinbo Akiyuki.
The seventh volume of the manga will be released on October 23rd.

Eh. I'm largely indifferent to a second season. My only incentive for watching it is the Dorm Leader (or as she prefers to be known, God).

Took em long enough. First season really didn't impress me too much, though. So, I'm not sure if I'll give this a watch or not.
