Hello! I am really glad and honored that you're visiting my profile. I like to talk about diverse topics with other people, so feel free to leave a comment! ^o^
About my tastes in anime and manga:
I like to read and watch from almost every genre (except hentai). I enjoy any series that has interesting characters and also good character development. Basically, if I love the characters or at least get to know them very well, I will still enjoy the series even if I find the plot mediocre. Of course, I enjoy a good plot with some well thought plot twists as well. I also tend to enjoy more the philosophical and psychological series (although I can't stand gore, figures).
Anything in my lists scored 8 and up I consider them to be my favorites <3
My Current Anime Marathon
This week, I've been a bit obsessed with watching Un-Go. To me, this series is not that good as a detective anime (if you think about it from a purely detective anime point of view), because you don't get to see much of the usual dynamics of a detective investigating a case, like how clever a crime was committed or how it was cleverly solved. However, I am enjoying this anime very much for other reasons. The background stories and the themes, and the way they are presented, are very interesting to me. The anime doesn't just give you a simple narration of the overall story in a random episode and then its done; you learn of it through the mysteries solved. You also see how these events has affected society and the people involved. The focus is not on the "how", but the "why" of the mystery and the effects of it. This focus is different to me, who is used to reading or watching detective stories where the focus is more on how the crime is committed or how it was solved. I also love how the "ugly truth vs beautiful lie" is ever present in the anime.
I think the point of the anime is not so much to show you how cleverly a mystery is solved, but more about the overall story presented and the whole "truth vs lie" debate. Basically, it makes me think, it has a different perspective, and I like it ;)

I get to practice to if I want. I don't have to though. Obviously I tried it.^^
No they will never be great.^^ I have sunny days in the mountains.

Nono it's this year apparantly. I SHOULD have been going overseas in 2016 instead of military but meh...didn't happen.
Well it's not really that interesting.
I'm being a medic there which means pretty much sitting around all day and handing out band aid for blisters.
Well obviously there's nothing in these mountains since we're also doing shooting practice there.
I'm not into warm weather and sunny days but it's good that you're pleased.^^
What are you going to do about it? Nerd hunting?^^

Well I'm doing so-so. Needed to join the military and now I'm counting the days until it's over (end of october) so I can finally get into my job again.
Didn't really start reading anything new.
Just watching anime pretty much.
As for visiting new places....if you count climbing mountains with the military then yes. >_>
So your life is all studying and beaches now. Seems...relaxing haha
