| It may seem overpowered now, but the escalating scale of the Grand Line actually accounts for the heroes' travels. It was about time that the Strawhats face an enemy they couldn't defeat at their current level. They HAVE to get stronger. |

| Everything is moving in slow motion, Robin is taking forever to walk to a window a couple of feet away and that place should be on fire by now. But that happens in every tv show or movie with any type of countdown so I can ignore that. It wasn't a bad episode but these guys are so strong I think we're going to have to count on something completely unexpected happening so that the Staw Hats win or the magic of their plucky spirit giving them the strength to finish off the CP9 people. |

| Wow CP9 agents are their strongest opponents by far! I really want to see them defeated and taken by suprise but I can't imagine how that is possible. So Robin as a CP9 agent herself is super super powerful too...? |

| I was wondering where they would go after Eneru being a near perfect God. Perhaps instead of one upping the power levels they’d do something new that required a new kind of strategy or thinking to get around it. But, at least it seems that that’s a nope. We now have superhumans who have been trained by the government with seemingly multiple devil fruits to be equipped with everything they would ever need for their tasks. Robin has a unique power the others don’t have and she doesn’t seem to have the super speed, air jumps, finger pokes, iron body. So, I speculate she escaped “the Ohara incident” before those got to her but after she was revealed to be able to decipher poneglyphs. If those go together perhaps the other CP9 members are other “Ohara devils”. Or perhaps they aren't connected and the Ohara devils are more related to Robin specifically, being a group of people she's affiliated with but the last existing member. I LOVE how Zoro recognized the slashing attack and told Chopper and Nami to get down. Robin’s recent behavior is confusing. I’ve never seen her this decisive about something other than one of her moments before joining the crew. The moment I’m speaking about is when she wanted to die because she felt she couldn’t achieve her dream, which means this isn’t completely off character for her. It’s just a side of her we don’t get to see often. And our crew got destroyed! Everyone got beaten badly. CP9 giving people some north star scars is pretty incredible, I hope Zoro keeps some permanent scars from those pokes. I have to say, I thought Luffy’s weakness was getting punctured? Could Lucci not poke through rubber and kill Luffy? On Crunchyroll there was a comment about how Luffy is a slow builder when it comes to fighting. He’ll always lose and lose until he comes back to win again. At first I thought this was a criticism but as I thought about it, I think it turns out to be true because apart from a few contrivances(being eaten by a snake etc) it holds true to his character. Luffy is emotional and impulsive. The more emotional he is the more determined he is to kick some ass. It’s not really a power level upgrade, it’s more that it inspires him to experiment more. Which leads to the second point, Luffy is very instinctual and learns through experimentation and quick thinking. Remember back to when he traded with Don Krieg’s weapon so that he would destroy it over time, or when he ricocheted his attacks off the wall to get past Eneru’s power. He is a person who's at his best after lots of time and stress. This is cool as it contrasts Zoro who’s at his best when he’s stone cold, calm and collected. I wonder what it would look like if Zoro had multiple fights with people as his are normally one and dones. Also, remember he has cut steel before, so will iron body really work against him. Lastly, Lucci is such a jerk. I hate him so much and I think that’s a good sign. Oda knows how to write villains who you just want to see taken down like Crocodile, Arlong, Eneru, and now Lucci. |
| CP9's overpowered as hell. They have Devil Fruit powers even if it's just Blueno so far, superhuman abilities from the Six Powers, and the capability to transform into beasts all at the same time. It's no lie that they're on a whole other league from most of the pirates the Straw Hats have faced. They better be able to prove to Robin that they're powerful enough to help her achieve her dream since the World Government will just fuck her over once she's fulfilled her task... |

| Not sure how I feel about this. I'm sad that the crew is getting their arses whooped every time when they face someone so strong (no shiet, durr). I lowkey wish they have new attacks or something.
