Story of the summer in terms of anime for me honestly, glad that it looks to have a happy ending after all. Let justice be done though the standards fall.... Oh and that Nozaki-Kun show seemed like something of a dark horse and sort of the other feel good story since it looks like it basically started with nothing and did so good by it's fans that it managed to become a 10K seller in the long run. It may not be my favorite genre but sometimes it's nice to see a humble little show sort of slay a Goliath in a sense since shows like Aldnoah.Zero had every possible advantage in their corner when it came to popularity yet Nozaki-Kun seems to have been rewarded more by doing nothing more than apparently just being straight up good by it's genre. Yeah that's basically me reflecting positively on how a slice of life show managed to do better sales wise than a mecha anime, never thought that day would come but we live in interesting times |

| Whoa, is Aldnoah Zero really that good? Have to resume it then. Good to see Kuroshitsuji up there, selling well means higher possibility for sequel(s). I haven't watch it tho The jokes in Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun grew stale over time for me. It was fun at first but still rarely lol-funny. Can't believe ZnT is selling so poorly it's not even ranked. Lol how did Bakumatsu Rock get that number? I mean I enjoyed it and all but expected it to sell poorly, it did seem like the type to not do well in sales. The only Summer anime among all I have seen so far that I actually liked is at dead bottom, Love Stage!!, why fujoshi, why.. how can you girls let me down like that. T_T |

| -Nice to see nozaki-kun hit 11.7k in its first week. -Holy shit at hanayamata, 3.8k first week, way higher than expected. -Locodol and Yama no Susume are missing, what a shame. I did not expect Yama no susume to drop like this. We'll have to wait untill the full list out on thursday for its number. -Its looking less likley for JoJo, Mahouka(lots of volumes) and gochiusa to stay at a 10k average, but stilll within range. For gochiusa it just depends on how many people buy v5 purely for its talk event ticket. -MCA only ranked on DVD, I wonder if it'll start dropping again. The average of this anime is rather hard to predict. We are in-between seassons, but here are the final estimates of the summer 2014 shows. | Hanamonogatari doing good, best anime in summer for me. I was hoping Fate/Kaleid would get a little more. Read some spoilers for the third part of the manga and it seems pretty awesome, so would be nice to have an anime for that :D Also happy for Barakamon and Hanayamata (haven't finished this one yet though), but I feel Barakamon deserves more :| Sidonia and NGNL sales make me happy :) Eh.. I was also hoping Nisekoi would do better. Meh. Mahouka sales are good I see, not too sure how I feel about this tbh. Dx but its nowhere near as good as a long running franchise Gundam lol Urobutcher was fooling himself thinking like this. xD So glad Nozaki actually did amazing in sales this was probably the best SoL that wasn't a sequel I laughed throughout the whole series. The characters are all likable and fun too especially the best girl Mikorin. Next week we actually see how well Glassshit sold. |

Urobutcher was hired to only create the concept and write the first three episodes after that he left and another writer took over. Also he never said it was going to be as good as Gundam, one of the A-1 guys did. Seriously the lack of awareness from some of the fans of this show is shocking. |
