| Mixed feelings about this episode. The animation was flawless, but the pacing was so slow. The lightsaber made the actual noises, what is good. Futhermore, i really hope this will be beter. So far it isn't so good as is had hoped for |

| Wowowowowowowow. Finally!!! An amazing non-suspenseful dialogue episode! Not only that, we got to see more of how awesome and epic Kirito is. It was hilarious from the start that he had a girl's avatar and that everyone that he was a girl. If i didn't know he was a guy i would have also that that he looked like a really good looking girl. Other than that, winning that lottery thing was just awesome. Can't wait to see Sinon's reaction when she finally finds out that Kirito isn't a female. lol. Next episode will be awesome. Can't wait to see more action. This episode was just as expected, and just as awesome. 5/5 from me for this episode. |

I thought that I was going to hate the fact that he was going to use a Lightsaber but him getting a pistol is good enough for me Plus I cant hate on Kirito...His skills are just amazing to see, and everything he did in this episode was just badass and cool >inb4 Kirito x Sinon Yuri pics xDD |

I actually didn't mind this episode that much. It was a nice introduction to the GGO world and was blissfully devoid of any unnecessary fanserivce [ or, rather, looking back on it, I don't think there was any fanservice ]. However, there were some questions and some things that irked me slightly about this episode. Firstly, do you not get to choose your avatar, or is it formulated to stick close to what you actually look like in real life? If the latter is true, then it appears as though everyone in GGO is a washed-up old man, and it also doesn't account for Kirito having a female avatar. However, I did take note of the guy who talked about what kind of models of avatar there are, which makes me think that perhaps not everyone is a scruffy man, but instead, that kind of avatar is the most common default, while ones like Sinon's and Kirito's are more rare. I was also questioning the effectiveness of a melee weapon in what appears to e a world where everyone has ranged weapons. Though...it did work for the Jedi ;P So maybe it will work for Kirito, considering that he's more used to fighting with a sword-like weapon and style. I just think it would be pretty difficult to evade all the bullets and get close enough to kill somebody- however, I guess Kirito proved that it was possible when he beat the casino game [ his run was op, though ]. Speaking of being over-powered, clearly Kirito still has that Gary Sue-can't-take-me-down ability and I'm guessing we'll see him constantly "die" and be resurrected throughout this game [ i.e. maybe he gets shot by Death Gun but because Kayaba hax he is able to stay alive and kill Death Gun ]. But even despite how much I dislike him as a character, he seems a lot better in this game, in terms of attitude. He actually enlists help of others. There are things that he doesn't know. This is heavily outweighed by how many times he triumphs with no seemingly realistic explanation, but still, it helps to balance it out even in the slightest. But I do suppose, after you play a game for a long time, you would be really good at it. I've played a few MMORPGs and just simple RPGs throughout the very short time I've been on earth, and it is true that once you've played for a long time, you can amass enough skills and money to make you undefeatable by most. That's why I have a difficult time with Kirito. I think his character could be more realistic if he had his weaknesses, and if he considered the help of others. This is why I felt like this episode portrayed him a tiny bit more realistically, since he enlisted Sinon as a guide, acknowledged that she had aided him, and, from what I saw, didn't appear to be so great with using a gun. |

| I honestly love this episode ! Since the music played at the beginning, I've had a feeling that this is gonna be a funny one. For the first time in SAO II, I actually laughed :D Sinon is so cute, and so is Kirito xD The story was alright, and they add little things here and there from the novel, which makes it better. The BGMs are also nice... I'm so looking forward to the next episode :)  Cute Sinon :3 |

| Really liked this episode despite not liking SAO that much. Idk if anyone noticed but when this guy put his hand on that device it said Cancel and Paied. is this supposed to be a mistake or does paied actually mean something without me knowing about it? I think it was suposed to be Paid. Correct me if im wrong. |
| Anyways, a thing to keep in mind: Kirito obviously has incredible stats compared to most in GGO. Why? His account was converted meaning that his stats that he built up over the past couple of years are intact in GGO. I don't understand how people are getting angry about Kirito dodging bullets. Btw, IT'S A GAME. IT'S A F***ING GAME. How can people criticize GGO using physics? The freak?!! Those comments about "Oh Kirito can't dodge bullets. How does one dodge bullets from a freaking gun?" It's not the real world. Our world runs on physics. Their world runs on stats. 'Tis true that the velocity of the bullet from a certain gun and other things are constant, but because of stats, players can percept and move quicker like Kirito. Also, if that's not enough, Kirito literally said that he predicted the gunfire and this was confirmed when he looked into the cowboy's eyes. You know what? Forget it. Damn so stubborn. I don't mind criticism, but you're not even criticizing something worthy to be criticized. Fudge, the cowboy incident made fine sense. Here are some things I might mention if I were trying to criticize this episode: Why the labers? Come on: it's a gun game! Geesh. I mean I understand they are applicable, but it kind of ruins the integrity of the game. I mean, you're not going to put in swords in call of duty lol. Shino was kawaii. Too kawaii. You'd better stop making me like her more than Asuna. Oh that cowboy sprint looked freaking short; they should have made it look like 30 meters |

| That was a great episode. The pacing is killing me so much, I just wish I could watch all the episodes in one day. It seems like wherever Kirito goes, the odds are on his side. |

| Here come the "why is Kirito so powerful" BS again. In SAO he was a beta tester and cheated by getting a head start, in Alfeim the players didn't have the life or death experience he had and in GGO Kirito transferred his stats and he has all his life and death experience not to mention his TOP CLASS REFLEXES. | The only thing that mostly bothered me were the character designs, the difference between the fodder and our cast is just jarring 0_o Oh and I forgot how every male character besides OUR ONE AND ONLY TRUE GOD KIRITO!!! is a complete creep that oogles at the prospect of a girl. 3/5 - not awful |

| SAO II starts to get the hang of it. I love its pacing, it is really better than the first. Can not wait for next week and till Shino finds out that Kirito actually is a guy. I am really pleased. |
| This is the first episode where the pacing felt really off for me. It was like watching 2 robots play a boring game for 20 minutes. Where's the interaction between Kirito and Sinon? Only two semi-relevant things happened between them: Sinon expressed her knowledge of guns (in a very boring way) and Kirito hinted at his gaming past. The rest was just exposition that should have been done in half the time. Maybe it was just me, but even the transitions between scenes and camera angles felt awkward and slow. Also, the animation in the dodging game was underwhelming and there were at least 3 instances when the show became a "powerpoint presentation". I liked the scene at the end, because it finally reintroduced tension and the characters showed emotion. |

| Fuck it. I must admit, this episode turned me into a fan and not a hater. Tried finding something I disliked but couldn't. Probably due to this being a MMO based anime.. FUCK IT COME ON HUMANITY AND GIVE US A NERVE GEAR! *cough* Going back on topic, I regret giving this a 3/5, I'll boost it to a 4/5.. I must admit I still dislike Sinon but if trapito was the MC for SAO I'd like it more. Cmon, gender benders has got to be one of the top genres. Sucks we're only into episode 4 though and I hope the pacing gets to a decent pace. As good as the season has started, it doesn't compete with Terror in Tokyo in my opinion. |

| Finally its picking up! I really liked that episode, best one so far imo. We got to see a bunch of weapons, Kiritos shit aim(lol) and his sick mc.nasty reflexes xD. I'm glad to see that he doesn't look supper feminine he looked more girly in still shots i think or maybe i got use to it already. Really looking forward to next week! |

Having spent every day of 2 years risking his life against such "games", it isn't surprising that he has a far better grasp of them then players who have only been playing six months (not to mention haven't had to risk their lives to play it). I may be remembering that wrong tho. |

| I'm really into the character builds and stuff when playing rpg games, so this episode is just what the doctor ordered. It ended too soon man... can't wait for the next one! On another note, we know Sinon joined GGO for a reason that is far away from fun, it's great then to see her putting her guard down and enjoying herself for once. |
