| The backgrounds and animation are as beautiful as in the first season, but especially in the beginning, some characters seemed weirdly stretched. The new character working under the Green King was sadly a different type of guy than I expected. Too bad that matters between him and Kurou don't appear to be settled as far as this film goes. Fushimi and Munakata's conversation was funny because of the latter bringing up the expression "ninja" all the time, haha. Yata and Kurou's scene was entertaining as well~ The focus on Kusanagi's pronounciation and her reaction following it made me already guess that she may be the successor. The exchange between the Blue and Red Kings later on was nice. Hopefully Scepter 4 being shown at the end is supposed to be a hint at more of them being inserted in the second season. With them being focused on during the beginning but barely afterwards, I was a bit disappointed. Speaking of that, the last scene was sad, but it also gives me hope for developments regarding Shiro -- and since they kept searching for him with no sort of results up until now. |

| well it was okay i guess. i didn't know what i was expecting from this movie since i didn't enjoy the tv series that much. animation is superb as expected but some of the scenes look kind of awkward?? anyways 7/10. |
| I forgot who the black haired dude was and he's got the sexy pussy in tow. Sorry, couldn't help the pun. XD Loved the "ninja" wordplay between Reishi and Saruhiko including the star glare attack and parry. LOL Well the Princess has stepped up in the world, she's now the new Red King...uhmm Queen or whatever! LOL I don't read the manga but I had a suspicion she would be because I think their world (at least in their immediate locality) would become too off balanced without the other kings for too long. As usual, the visuals are the same scenery porn and of course, that's nothing to complain about that. LOL 7/10 |

| I think that was a perfect transition from the first season. The Green King made his moves and tried to find Shiro. I think in the next season we will a lot of more of both. Lol when I saw this thin guy together with Anna I was about: "Who's this guy?" I had never expected that he's Kamamoto xD Fight between Kuro and Yukari was good, unfortunately a little bit short. Anna became the new Red King, I really like that also if I absolutely loved Mikoto as King. Seri sexy as always (nice fanservice there ^.^). Also nice at the end that everyone came back from HOMRA, especially Izumo who went on a trip to germany to find informations. The Blue King cool as usual stopped the thunder attack and welcomed Anna as the new Red King. And of course when we saw Shiro on the flight ship with the Golden King, who unfortunately died at the end. All in all a lot of new infortmations. I'm so curious how this will continue and what will happen next. I enjoyed every single second, so it's an easy 9/10 :) PS: 2 more months so wait for the new season >.< |

| I loved it. I thought the TV show looked prettier though. I think it was because the movie was mostly at night. I miss the bright blue skies. The only part that annoyed me was the opening credit sequence. They kept showing one scene and then the credit/text for about 10 minutes. |

I guess part of that complaint is related to the fanservice...such as the angle on Kukuri when she was sitting. I almost forgot about the fanservice from the anime series, but this definitely reminded me of how intrusive at times I thought the it was in the series. I think it's no wonder that even three years (wow it's been that long huh) after K came out, the director still hasn't directed any series other than K since the director doesn't use effective cinematography. It does sort of work for K in a way though, giving the franchise a very unique feel. The writing could use some work too...but it was short movie. I do miss the music though, when the movie began, it just felt very nostalgic since anime don't usually go for instrumental hip hop type of music. New Kings is my new favorite song to listen to :) |

| Finally caught up with the movie now that the new season of K started and I am planning to watch it. It was a good movie that shows how great K can be on average if only the high school part is cut out. Cutting out Shiro (who once made me droop the series on first try) also helped out a lot. As for the plot in this movie though. Wasn't it already stated that Anna became the new red king after Mikoto... I do remember it happening at the end of first season. With red lights flying etc... well I guess I don't remember it correctly and at that time it was simply extremely strong hinted that she became the new red king and only after this movie it is official. At the very least, as much as I liked Mikoto character I am happy that he wasn't brought back in any strange way. His plot and death in season one is what I remember the most from this story and what I think was the best about the series in general. And now I hear after the end subtitles "the burden of killing the king", I love this and now I am excited to start watching the next season whose episode one is already here! :):) |

(if anyone wants to know, the song is called "You left.") interesting new character...connected to kuro somehow? cool. let's see how this turns out. speaking of kuro, i can't tell you how much i adore his relationship with neko. it's so unusual, but it fits so wonderfully. i liked them alone but i can't wait for shiro to join back in. the only thing that gets me really pissed about this movie is that it's an hour and 13 minutes. i [i]hate[/i] movie that aren't two hours and are mainly an hour and a half. but AN HOUR AND 13 MINUTES! YOU COULDN'T HAVE ADDED MORE TO IT! I WOULD HAVE TAKEN AT LEAST AN HOUR. i see no use for a movie this short to not get turned into some OVA series instead. it doesn't make it special. it doesn't make it...movieish. still, 9/10. everything to be expected and more. got my long lost hype for S2. will look at it as soon as i can. |

| A new Gold King is incoming. Hope that will be a part of the plot on the second season and not ignored. I do not feel good about another king collapsing etc. Do we need that again. We had it in the first season with the red guy. I hope the second season isn't full of the blue king having little time staff. Besides that gold guy manage to die from old age. Why are the other kings collapsing so easily? Also it seems the less shiro the better it is because it was kind of better than the anime. |

| The epitome of style over substance. I could hear this movie screaming, "check out our animation budget!" The flashy intro set the tone for the rest of the movie, letting you know upfront not to take the rest too seriously, which I didn't. Thankfully the action scenes were awesome enough to hold their own without the support of a deep plot. It was unusual seeing random bits of fanservice during casual and dramatic scenes. I'm not sure whether to classify this as another stylistic embellishment or shameless objectification. Either way, it didn't bother me—and, to be honest, it amused me—as everything about this anime, including the bishounen, is essentially fanservice. Red King Anna was badass. Overall, it was a fun ride. Enjoyment rating: 5/5 Critical rating: 7/10 |
| It was a good transition between series, but I disagree with the people who say it was better than the first season. Art and animation were awesome, as expected. The colors... o.o Gorgeous. Music was great too. This character cast has really grown on me, I love them XD They're a lot of fun, and I like their development. (Still not a fan of Neko, though >.>) Pacing wasn't great tbh, but the fights were good. And it was a good introduction to what I'm assuming will be the conflicts of season 2. Anna's dream with Totsuka and Mikoto really got to me for some reason ;-; But Fushimi's ninja vs. masked man conversation with the Blue King was hilarious XD The purple-haired dude is so gaudy =_= Ugh... One thing I wanted to talk about: I understand why they chose Anna to be the next king, but at the same time...I don't know, it just doesn't feel right to me. Not that I don't like Anna, but for some reason I don't think she fits well as the Red King, especially when HOMRA is so full of wild people. I'm not explaining it well, but basically I don't think the role of the leader of such a group suits her very much. Anyway, the movie was very enjoyable, but it wasn't fantastic. I really liked the way they ended it though. 7/10 for me. |

| I'm a bit disappointed that we saw the gold king in action not even once :/ They definitely upped the jiggling animations on Neko and Seri in this movie, also that cleavage lol Animation was great as always, but as usual with a movie some parts were pretty damn boring. |
| Wish there's a way for Mikoto to come back though it would lessen the impact of his departure and messes the current things up, and it doesn't seem like he's coming back with Anna just taking up the inheritance(?) (idk if you can have 2 kings of the same colour). Pretty enjoyable movie and I really love the whole clans, elemental/colour clan leader theme. Would love to have more world building akin to Toaru series, instead of just plot and action. |

| The movie felt a bit weird, probably mostly because it was simply a prelude to the actual continuation. The quality was also weird, I felt it was worse than the first series. Anyways it felt good enough to see Blue Clan again. Let's see how things develop from now on. |

| This film was very interesting, and better, if i comparate with the first season of the series. More action, more surprises, new enemies and a new hidden plot to enjoy it, and for to enjoy of the second season ;) Anna is the new Red King, great surprise, but beatiful!!!! 7/10. |

DAT SERI BOOTY! DEM PIECE OF BOOTY CHEEKS! Dat Seri oppai. Awesome movie. Amazing visuals and music as expected of K. angela with another great song. My waifu's Seri and Neko were perfect once again. Speaking of waifu's... My goodness! I have to add Kukuri as a waifu now. They showed her amazing bottom half in the first season, now they made her oppai grow. I can't resist such goodness. I wish Sumika was in the movie tho. Also, why is Adolf the first to appear in the cast credits? He only appeared in the end. lol |

| So Anna is the successor, kinda expected Kusanagi to take on that role, still pretty cool to see her as the Red King NO BLOOD! NO BONE! NO ASH! Green clan is also pretty cool having a NINJA who can do some NINJUTSU (⌐■_■). We didn't saw much of him but stil RIP Gold King. |
