Over the course of the next few months we'll be pitting lolis against one another in vote based battles and your votes will decide the winner. We've selected 128 lolis out of the numerous submissions posted here. A big thanks to all those who took the time to compile a long (sometimes a little too long xD) list of suggestions. Rounds will be broken down as follows: Round 1 - 128 lolis, 32 matches (4v4) Round 2 - 64 lolis, 16 matches (4v4) Round 3 - 32 lolis, 8 matches (4v4) Round 4 - 16 lolis, 8 matches (1v1) Round 5 - 8 lolis, 4 matches (1v1) Round 6 - 4 lolis, 2 matches (1v1) Final Round - 2 lolis, 1 decisive match Rules

Well, this is a loli battle, and dozens of characters who never participated in MAL moe are contestants of this loli battle. It's not entirely a popularity contest either, so voting for moe and voting for loli should make a difference. That's not so say she wont win, though It's anything but guaranteed.(Shana is going to crush most competition, anyways) I'm not against excluding her just so the hate doesn't explode if she happens to win again. She's more interested in ISML anyways. XD |

XD Fate already beat Shana in moe. ISML is a different kettle of fish to MAL Moe. The contest here showed what the community is like, ISML has a lot of other people and results differ (a little. All the various moe leagues vary a bit depending on various factors) however I really don't think the MAL vote will change. Fate had overwhelming support the entire moe run. |
| Well, atleast Fate doesn't win each match by being a likable character from a popular series(Cough*Konata*) - Character tournaments are blaringly predictable either way. Without Fate, Shana or Kagami will win the contest. The only thing that changes is who will win, but it doesn't make it any less easy to predict. Just toss Yuki Nagato into the tournament, and you'll have yourself a new champion... |

| Killuan's right, if we take Fate out then Shana'll just win or some other popular character like Konata. Not saying that that's bad or anything but removing the predicted winner just replaces her with another predicted winner. :/ If people didn't make this a popularity contest it wouldn't AS predictable (as in Konata wouldn't move up every round because she is not moe). But anyway, removing her just because she won moe is unfair is because moe is a lot different than loli -- is this even a loli battle in terms of who is the more moe loli? Badass loli? Or popular loli? |
