| Yay! Emo phase over. This was a nice episode, great to see Gurren-Lagann again. It was very cool. I am liking Nia x Simon more and more. Seems like we get a beach episode next time. Looking forward to it. |

| Yay for Simon coming out of his funk! I think it was a little exagerated, but so was his depression. Besides, exaggeration is the Gainax way after all! It all ended up coming together very well. Keeping the bad guys alive is how they're going to make it 26 episodes. Besides, they've still got to get to space! (...right?) |

| DATTEBAYO!!!!! (fkn hate that sht) HAR i agree it is lame as hell but it cant be helped. Nia defintiely overshadows Yoko now, almost feel like she went from a main character to a Supporting character. And her bullets never go through a Ganmen, so her sniper gun is practically useless. Funny how the gun only works during life or death situations. But back to nia, she's rox. 4/5 Issues/predictions: ...the dattebayo moment ...clown and old man keep appearing ...the princess burials all have spikes, its obvious the king is gonna die at that place (at least thats what im guessing) |

| This episode, second only to the last, was my favourite episode in the series. Simon became GAR (in my eyes), and his awakening speech when he confronted Gaume near the end was breath-taking. I've watched this episode countless times - especially that scene. Never have I been inspired so much by an anime, and never have I admired a character as much as I have at that point. The music accompaniment was perfect, and it sent chills down my spine every time - even now as I watch it while typing this. It's moments like these that made TTGL. |

| Did nobody still missing Kamina? T_________T Anywhere, i didn't unterstand Simon. He says, he isn't Kamina, but in the End (in the last Episodes for example) he's going to look and acting like Kamina. Anywhere, his death was rly some kind of pointless... even to make little Simon stronger, Kamina must die... I did'nt get his, Dude! It is the same as with Shinji! NGE and TTGL totally have much in common: Both series have an emo heroes, and someone must die so that they become stronger... Gomen ne, but I didn't get this. |

| I don't miss Kamina. That isn't an issue for me. What is an issue for me is how Yoko's role seems to get smaller with each episode. But I haven't watched the rest of the show so here I go zip zop zoobity bob. |

No Kamina wannabes, please xP Although his finger-pointing-to-the-sky gesture didn't feel forced at all, it really is both Kamina's and his thing :) Nia is a cool character, even for me who normally doesn't like girls portrayed in anime/manga... |
