Why does everyone keep thinking that the remainder of the series is going to be put into an ova or a movie. You do know that the next arc that kubo is writing is going to be some where around the size of the arancar, so at most were looking at another 4 years of bleach before its finished.

So the possibility of another series adaptation is more likely to happen.

Actually the last arc is going to be longer than Arrancar Arc. Kubo said he's going to continue his work on Bleach for 10 more years. It was one year ago, so 9 years left and that's how long this arc is goin' to be.

I think it'll last about 3-4 years (perhaps 5) but 9 years seems like a very ridiculous idea.

Tite "Grand Master Troll" Kubu, Its his work after all, so 9 years doesn't seem ridiculous at all. And even after that arc ends, he could say that it was the A-Part of the final arc, and that the B-Part is the "REAL FINAL ARC"

I still haven't seen a trustable source saying that Kubo intends to go on for another 10 ( or 9, now ) years. Does anyone have a link to something like that?
P.S.: One that doesn't say "We can assume", "It probably means", or things like that when refering to this.

Yeah that sounds like a bunch of BS to be honest with you. You don't just get to put "FINAL ARC" in giant font caps and then continue on for ten years, so...I'm guessing Bleach will end within the next year or so.

Haha everyone feels the sam way. I actually stopped watching back at ep 310 guess I'll catch up and watch the last 56. I do want to see them put the final arc in anime form. I mean its pretty much over so let it end like its supposed to.

Naruto is next but naruto actually got good again so I wonder.

I'm surprised by this move for some reason. Surely they could have a long break and just sum up the new arc in a whole season or something to finish it off.
(I personally haven't seen the anime since god...after hueco mundo finished sadly).

Its a pitty though :/ especially half way in the fullbringers arc (kept up with blog posts on the current situation) it feels odd to end it that way...

Damn ... this guys at japan don't have the timing of ending the series right.

They could have ended the serie BLEACH when Aizen was defeated, and started another season at the begging of the Fullbringer ARC, and let it run till the last piece of history in the manga.

But since they are doing this, i will need to read the manga, to see the developments in the story.

leaving bleach outside .... IF they do this to Naruto, I will kill the fucking guy who said to end the serie.

Final arc in the manga gonna take ages to finish (*cough*arrancar*cough*), and after those ''ages'' they r probably gonna continue and finish bleach properly

LMaooo.....i like this persons spirit, it seems like people have a personal vendetta against these type of shows like they want to see them fail, personally i like long standing series because it gives me something to watch on a weekly pace as i tend to blow right through series that are already finished, that being said i dont have problem picking up new series from new seasons, is bleach the best anime out there not by a long shot, will i miss it ? of course and like most of you on here i do hope they end up animating the remainder of the manga......ill give it a couple of years and if nothing shows up ill pick up the manga and blow through that for closure purposes...

I will miss watching Bleach every week, however, I will also be satisfied when the anime ends. All the fillers that were in the anime were starting to annoy me a lot. I skipped this whole Fullbringer arc, untill Ichigo and Ginjo started to fight, then it got interesting again.

Like I said before, I will miss Bleach, but I will also be happy when it stops. Like someone said before, they better could have done, 26 episodes in a row, and then a break of half a year, and then another 26 episodes. It know from myself that I am more motivated to watch an anime like this. Plus, the amount of fillers is so much less.

Goodbye Bleach, we will see the final arc in OVA's!

And Crunchyroll says that Listen to me Girls is 26 episodes this season, which turned out to be wrong.

Its already been announced that its over (including Kon saying in the last episode that it was the final guide to Soul Reapers at the end of the episode), so it doesn't matter what Crunchy says. I'm sure they WISH it continued since they'll lose some nice revenue without Bleach, but that won't matter.

Yeah, Bleach is confirmed to be ending. Replaced with the whackass Naruto spinoff. It's probably going to come back in a year or two so that they won't have to put in filler and they can finish it in a single shot.

Beelzebub and Gintama are also ending. Beelzebub because I'm pretty sure ratings blew, and Gintama for their usual reason.

And its been disproven time after time since that TV Schedule website is user edited and the TV Osaka time was added back in January, likely due to someone miscounting the amount of episodes Bleach had until its cour was over.

And seeing the difference between manga and anime ( 5 manga chapters ), they would have to make at least 1~1,5 year of fillers and put mini-fillers in the middle of the saga, like they did with Hueco Mundo.
This way is better, after all.

maybe ya, since I like both i don't have a problem, though i think it's too much, it could've stayed at the end of every naruto episode, but well, let's hope for a 2nd season of Bleach and Kon Chronicles which takes Naruto's time slot :P
anyways I'm really looking forward to it, since they made something for lee to do, might be fun

It's not over yet, they are just making the right decision and actually not giving us crap fillers so they can fully concentrate on working on the manga. We would've had another long terrible bount arc considering the manga isn't to far ahead right now.

Kudos to them for not pulling another long ass filler arc, I'll just stick with the manga and await the day Bleach goes back on air for the final arc.
