| Ahh i miss Shizuo already... His scenes were the best! Really sad that it's over, though i was seriously not expecting that ending! Holy sh*t Izaya... Overal a solid 9/10. I can't believe that i've to wait three months for Durararax2 Ten :( |

| This gotta be one of the best anime finales. Mikado's such a badass, he is really unpredictable, and worthy of the Dollars' leadership, no matter what others say.. Cliffhanger with Izaya at the end, and we wait till July. Shit z.z 9/10 for the first cour |
| Mikado worst character in the whole show confirmed. I've already hated him for most of the series, and what happened at the end confirmed what a loser and wimp he is. Shizuo is proving once again, that he is the unstoppable fighting god in Ikebukuro. I've somewhat grown accustomed to Rokujou, but it looks like his role has ended as he returns to Saitama. Is it just me or Varona and Izaya got taken out way too easily? Throughout the entire series, the show made it look like only Shizuo can beat up those two, yet in the final minutes, both got taken out by somebody else with great ease. I thought this was the end until I remember that they will continue this in July. So hyped! 8/10 for slow beginning, but awesome ending. |

| lmaooooooo. Shizuo ready to hurl a bike at whoever kidnapped the girl; discovers the girl has been rescued already. Shizuo very calmly breaks up the fight. Doesnt want to hit a girl. ~> Varona throws knife, which just falls right out of Shizuos vest. Shizuo rage switch [on]. Rocchi brought up a good point in this episode. Mikado may have "founded" Dollars, but he isnt really the one leading it.. holy shit Mikado just stabbed that motherfucker aoba with a pen. Boldest thing hes ever done.. But wtf. he literally agreed to being used like a dog by the blue squares. o snap. The yakuza are after Izaya now for being used. |

| Shizuo quit the dollars, Russian Sushi and the yakuza groups turn on Vorona & Sloan, the dispute with Rokujou's group is settled for now (I think), and Izaya is put in his place. Too much happened for what isn't supposed to be a conclusion for a "Chapter 1" of a series. It's not like I wasn't expecting an abrupt cliffhanger ending, but this season was overall a letdown from the first. The animation quality was severely dampened this season and the pacing didn't sit with me well seeing how nothing happened until episode 7 or so. I'm not disappointed by any means as the magic of DRRR is still there, and it did do a few things better than the first. Now we have to wait until July to see what all this shit at the second half of this episode was about. Probably the best parts of this episode was Erika harassing Anri and the pen stab. |

| Wasn't a big fan of this season, but seeing Izaya bleeding in the middle of the street was about as satisfying a cliffhanger one could hope for, even though I'm sure he'll be back to his smug self in no time. Hopefully each season will end with Izaya getting hurt because this has happened twice now. Also it seems all those scenes with Masaomi meant fuck all for the plot after all. Hmmm. |

| Mikado finally lays down the law. Shizuo kicking the car like it was a soccer ball. xDD Shizuo saves the day! I like that Shizuo x Akane moment, though. >3> And since Akane has the same voice as my favorite character of all time, I can imagine Kate Hoshimiya being the important leader of a powerful Yakuza organization. x3 First time I see Izaya getting stabbed. I still remember when he got punched real hard to the eye by that big Russian sushi dude Semyon. Well that was a fun ride, and I look forward to what's next for this series in July! :) |
| In this episode, Shizuo was a beast, Mikado was half a psycho and Izaka got stabbed. Great way to conclude the cour if you ask me. |

| This episode was superb. I am soooo pumped for the next season. God damn this cliff hanger we are going to have to wait months to see what happens. Mikado being a beast and stabbing Aoba's hand with a pen. I am really excited to see how his character develops and what he does as the leader of the Blue Squares. Shizuo being Shizuo. Amazing. Izaya getting stabbed at the end holy shit. There is so many things that happened. |

| Pffft. I really enjoyed watching this episode. Mikado gets his act together for the most part. The pen scene was great really. Shizuo and Celty's teamwork was amusing. The scene with Shizuo and Akane was adorable. Walker and Erika are hilarious as always. Got to love the anime references. We get to see Simon again before the end too! And is it just me or has Shizuo gotten calmer in general lately? But what happens to Izaya? We only see him in that last scene, and now they ended it on a cliffhanger. Can anyone enlighten me please? I can't wait for Ten in the summer. I love watching Durarara!! Even if it has its flaws. |

| Awesome episode, had me laughing through the first 8 minutes, Shizuo entering the fight with the bike over his shoulders and causing the air to stand still. Loving Celty chilling on the roof just watching all the action, its no big deal to her. No complaints about Izaya getting stabbed, I'm cool with that. I think that this season would have benefited had they done what they did with the first season, 3 volumes to 24 episodes, instead of 3 vol for 12 episodes. I still can't say this season was all bad, most issues for me was just the animation and the story sometimes feeling all over the place. But then again I think it was a brand new studio that did this Durarara and so I guess small on budget for the amount of episodes and animation. And because I did enjoy this season either way I can look past my issues. Can't decide between a 7 or 8 for this season. Looking forward to season 3. |

| Pretty poor ass season tbh. The art was terrible throughout the series. I got really bored a lot of the time. The finale episode made up for a lot of stuff so it ended up bumping my score to a 7. |

| Izaya trolls everyone and expects he is brilliant enough to come out of the situation completely unscathed...lol the irony. 6/10 Despite all the interactive elements in play, the show never felt very suspenseful or riveting. |
| 7/10 The final episode went a long way toward redeeming what was a disappointing run this season, hopefully signaling a better showing in 'Chapter 2'. |

The ending sure was interesting, and Mikado's showing his dark side. Overall, I'd say this was decent. I miss Brain's Base, though. Clearly, the art and animation suffered in a few episodes. Let's hope it won't be as bad when it returns in the summer. Otherwise, same ol' Durarara pretty much. Too bad we didn't get more of Izaya's sisters. That was probably my favorite episode. |

| All stabbings were unexpected, ALL OF THEM. WHAT THE HECK MIKADO Ryugamine showed his darkness and I LOVED IT, he's got a little of a double personality. Everything was awesome, but Shizuo stole my heart (again) and I thought my baby Kida was finally gonna join the action, but I guess I'll have to wait until x2 Ten to see more from him ^^ Great episode, it was very suspenseful and funny :D |

| Honestly guys, everyone got what was coming to them. I'm extremely hyped with this episode. The Yakuza coming in and cleaning everything up was just badass. The real players in the game have arrived. Izaya totally got what was his. I feel like Shizuou and Shinra (and Celty) are all middle ground, and, if anything, are the real protagonists in this. Even more so, I feel the Yakuza are better guys than the color gang members. Personally, I couldn't have been more happy at how those ego-filled Russian assassins got their asses handed to them by the Yakuza. Same with Izaya. To top it off, the "good" characters are pretty home free (Celty, Shinra, Shizuou) |
