B Gata is ALL about a Japanese school girl going against the anime stereotype that presents them as pure maidens. Yamada wants 100+ male conquests, and she's DETERMINED to use an inexperienced Mr. Nobody to lose her cherry with. Hilarity ensues when she turns out to be a clueless tsundere when it matters; resulting in much date-kiss-sex fail. Seitokai is similar in the sense it presents school girls as sex-crazed nymphos, with only one train of thought. However, where as B Gata's humour comes from sexual failings, Seitokai's humour is built around two girls turning EVERYTHING - no matter how innocent - the male lead says  read more

Both are love comedies. Both main girls have dirty minds!

Are you tired with the prepubescent ideal of love, which claims that angsting over love-love confessions and - MAYBE - a peck on the lips is all you're gonna get out of your cartoon rom-comedy? Yes? Yes. I like B-Cupped Pervert/Slut (?) and KissxSis. It isn't JUST because there are amazingly hot (and illegal, depending on your country/state) 2D school girls forcing themselves on witless males. Nor is it JUST because I have no non-blood related sisters (or actual sisters, for that matter) and would very much like to have non-blood related sisters give me some morning kisses. No. It goes deeper than that. MUCH deeper. Y'see,  read more

Story focused on the main characters trying hard to get rid of their virginity. Both series deal with it in a very comedic way.

Both shows feature girl(s), unexperienced in sex/romance, and who are very passionate to learn about them. Both shows contain a lot of sexual humor and puns
report Recommended by Short_Circut
Both have a similar plot as in both anime the main character is a girl who tries her hardest to make a relation ship with others but when it comes to it something happens or they hesitate that their intention goes off board. In B gata h kei the main character tries to have sex but something comes up and ruins it and in watamote when main character talks to a boy something comes up and she hesitate ruining the movement and at the end they both did not get what they wanted.

Young people make the same kinds of discoveries throughout. B Gata H Kei manages to be simultaneously more perverted and less disgusting, but then, it has a distinct shortage of spit sucking.

They center around pervy teens. Both series have highly perverted comedy and wacky situations.

In a form of.. sexual undertones and Beneath it's context It's just a both similar slapstick humor that you could totally diggin.

The main female character wants to be with a boy in her class. Both series have several love triangles, characters who have trouble confessing their feelings to each other and lots of lol comedy.

Both main characters are obsessed with a certain thing, and that is all they think about

Two Rom-Coms about high-schoolers making their first steps into adult life, both kinda funny as well.

Sex-crazed females chasing after a shy guy.
report Recommended by Defiance
Both contain a highly perverted character (B Gata H Kei = Yamada, Tonagura! = Yuuji) that are actually good at the heart. Both an ecchi/romance series.
report Recommended by Kippercha
Both anime transcend their genre stereotypes quite well. They deal with issues a teenage girl might encounter in a hyperbolic way. Some of the characters from B Gata H Kei might feel familiar if you watched High School Girls, but they don't overstay their welcome.
report Recommended by ArtRodriguez
They're not similar in any way, I know, except for the fact that they're ecchi. In fact, they're the ecchi-est anime I know!
report Recommended by HidamariSeashore
Both anime are comedies about high school girls who are curious about sex and puberty, and frequently discuss it with their friends. The girls are hilariously frank about the topic and act pretty realistically for anime teens. Despite all their talk and their reputations as the hot/slutty chick, both girls are still virgins and often become flustered when asked about their personal sex lives. Neither girl is ever made to feel ashamed of her sexual curiosity (within reason. Yamada can get a bit obsessive over the topic and is scolded by her friends but isn't shamed when just normally talking about it.)
report Recommended by M0richild
Both the good looking fmcs are confident on the outside but get flustered by an awkward average male character. Both are entertaining to watch how the male leads deal with these girls.
report Recommended by illusionings
Both involve the most popular girl in class falling for the plainest boy in class.
report Recommended by jimbo1023
As the female in the series are more straight forward than that of the male characters it creates a surrounding with female dominance and leaving male characters to run from scenes maximum time

Fanservice-filled comedy. both are hilarious, if you like one you might like the other

Main protagonists have very similar personalities, and both animes are ecchi.

Both these anime have a similar feel and outwardly appear to be centered around high school students that are thrown into sexual situations. At the center of both anime there is a female that is not as she would outwardly appear. -In B Gata H Kei the main character is openly perverted but is actually rather innocent. -In Koe de Oshigoto! the main character is outwardly an innocent girl that is actually rather perverted. Despite the focus on sex, both are primarily romantic comedies and this would have been much more apparent had Koe de Oshigoto received a full series.

Tbh they're both paodies of the romance genre
report Recommended by SmileOfaDevil
Although B Gata relies more on romance and "more casual" way to approach sex and things related to it, both are still very enjoyable to watch because of their sexual nature. Shimoseka is just more radical when it comes to sexual jokes.
report Recommended by Platinum_Mole
Extremely similar main female characters, as Taiga and Yamada had the same personality, minus Yamada's sex-centered thoughts. Both had very good comedy, with BGHK winning, but Toradora had more depth in its supporting characters. Regardless, if you liked one, you will like the other.

Both anime are slapstick comedies with a touch of ecchi. To make it short, if you enjoyed light anime such as B Gata H Kei, you'll mostly probably like Bake to Test to Shoukanjuu as well, and vice versa.
report Recommended by Wilio
Both have completely perverted girls who just want to have sex with a pretty lame guy. Though in B Gata, the guy is actually interested in the sex. Both also have two girls who are interested in the main character.
report Recommended by ibellis
It gives the same way of feeling and have a similar view on the sex; what's more the main chars both are crazy are a little bit insane and a boy is shy and don't know what he exactly want.
report Recommended by Eriis
In both animes there's some kind of lovestory which is told in a very cute and "bound to reality way" and in both animes u probably learn a little bit about love as such :) Also both have the same humour since the main character is a normal dude and their "girls" are behaving weird in a funny way.
report Recommended by plz55
The art style is very similar. They both have the same comedic view. Only difference is Maid Sama is not centered around ecchi.
report Recommended by Naynayxo
very down to earth story telling about a persons life being drastically altered after pretty girls enter their day-to-day.
report Recommended by AkaNoMori
The reason I say this is because the Main Female Lead obsesses over the Male Lead and not in a good way, the main difference between the two is that in B Gata H Kei The female lead wants to have sex with him while in Momokuri the female just wants to date him and know everything that he is doing and going to do.
report Recommended by ClannadIsLife
A weird story initially, but you will enjoy laughing with Yamada's day by day and objective progress.

both are really raunchy shows nothing but sex

Fruits Basket is similar to B Gata H Kei because both are based on girls and a boy, also the genres of both anime are comedy, school and slice of life.
report Recommended by AnimeUnion
Both shows have a hilarious perverted jokes. both main female MCs shares the same personality. All the characters in these two shows are likable and fun to watch. The story start as the typical " Boy meets girl" and became more interesting as the episode goes. I guess these information is enough to convince you to watch any of these two. enjoy! :)

Another pretty high school girl involving awkward, embarrassing and erotic situations
report Recommended by DawnYamada
Both main characters want to get attention from boys. While Ueno is based on wanting attention from one boy B-gata focuses on group of boys. Both have sexual jokes and girl having problem with getting any boy that she wants. UwU
report Recommended by Kurozy
Both female leads have a tendency to misunderstand social cues and only can think through the life of messing up other characters’ lives, even when they’re trying to help them through comedic fashion

Crude humor and you know

Same voice acting of Yukari Tamura. In both heroine is hyper genki klutz full of herself and with odd ambitions. In both shows they get partner fitting to their characters, I mean another klutz.

-Pessimistic man about love because he not confident -Beautiful girl -The woman always supports the man even though he is always pessimistic about his love -Romance ,slice of life

The goal of the protagonists of these anime are the same: Komi wants to make 100 friends. Yamada wants to make 100 *sexual* friends.

Two lewd, controversial, seditious and kinda funny shows about charismatic girls who pursue their dreams. At the same time, two shows about insipid boys being treated like dirt.

They're both like romance paradies
report Recommended by SmileOfaDevil
The episode structures of both series are similar where they split a 24 min episode in half. Although the topic of the 2 series differ, the slapstick comedy and strong personality of each lead will have you entertained and chuckling throughout the series. Yamada and Miki share almost the same headstrong and immature yet lovable personality with their own rivals and array of funny supporting characters.

Both focuses mainly on a male and female couple, for a lack of a better term. While DNA^2 plot is more sci-fiction in a "modern era" B Gata H Kei is set in a high school. They both have a male protagonist that suffers or has trouble interacting with girls. -DNA^2 makes it a comical medical condition -B Gata H Kei looks at it as adolescences fumbling their way through romance. They both have a female protagonist that sets out for one specific goal, but ends up doing thing entirely different as they come to realize something about themselves and their counterparts. -DNA^2: Her goal is to kill the guy  read more

Both have a weird twist for a plot to start a romance comedy. The success of the series weighs heavily on ecchi comedy. The focus is on a male protagonist that seems like your every day guy. This appeals to usually the male teen audience. They are single, and somewhat have a low self esteem when it comes to girls. Both series has the male protagonist forced to break out of their comfort zone. In Midori no Hibi, it's a bit more surreal as the girl is literally becomes the guy's right hand... In B Gata H Kei, it focuses on mainly the strong female protagonist, who forcefully enslaves the  read more

similar on how the art is drawn in the characters. Minami-ke is better quality though, and dosent have a similar plot line.
report Recommended by Nikoru-san
Both shows are about young people discovering things about themselves and their relationships. Both spend a lot of time showing a main character's (ecchi) delusions, which creates a similar feel.
report Recommended by colonelpanic
In both, strange girls latch onto the hapless male protagonist.
report Recommended by colonelpanic
You kidding me? No one sees this? The male protagonist in either series is a straight-shot-non-perverse-gentleman who despite his ultimately pure motives is encroached on by lustful females. He is non paradoxical as he was always a good guy, not just for plots sake like other harems.
report Recommended by ziggyopolous
Both shows are really funny in an ecchi sort of way.
report Recommended by qwedrfs
One wants to have 100 friends while the other wants to have sex with 100 men - close enough. In the end both character's motivation will entail a quest for sexiness and getting over the limits of their body.

If you like the type of comedy in B Gata H Kei, then you'll certainly also like Seto no Hanayome.
report Recommended by Okarus
Both are classified as comedy and ecchi. While Plastic Nee-san's 12 episodes in total are about half an hour long, both B Gata H Kei and Plastic Nee-san are great comedies that kept me smiling and laughing from beginning to end. For those that enjoy comedy, Plastic Nee-san and B Gata H Kei are both must-watch shows.

conditional love + harem + blonde tsunderes, basically both anime in the nutshell. Both have mediocre plot-lines with some running gags. Nisekoi is just a Plain Rom-com, while B gata h kei borderlines on being a hentai. So if you could sit through Nisekoi, B gata H kei would be nice time-pass!.
report Recommended by usagi_Kuro99
These two are both with pervert girls, fanservice, funny, enjoyment, weird in conclusion ecchi fans will love both~.

This show just came into mind when I first started watching this show. Both are funny and have some ecchi moments to go along with that. Both have great main characters also, and similar animation style.

B Gata H Kei is a fun, hilarious, romantic, very perverted anime that i really enjoyed! These two animes are at the top of my list and i think if you liked one, you'll like the other.
report Recommended by chahandler
Some ecchi but nothing too crazy. Both really funny! Yamada is the splitting image of Sakura; they both are super popular in their school and appear to be selfish, big-headed and generally think they are above everyone else, but actually have a kinder, naiver side. Their relationships with their boys are also similar (eg. Don't want to admit they like the guy)
report Recommended by Pereppii
Sora no Otoshimono is about an angel named Ikaros who comes down from the sky and changes a teenage boy's life forever. B Gata H Kei is about a girl named Yamada who's goal is to have sex with one hundred boys- but the problem is she hasn't kissed even kissed one boy. Both stories are ecchi, comedy, and romance.
report Recommended by Ocean_Tide
Lead character of these shows have a very strange goal! Yamada in B Gata H Kei wants to make about 100 sex friends and Ika Masume in Shinryaku wants to take over the world, but none of them have no clue of the truth beyond their simple imagination of their goal! Very funny Stories to watch with random jokes here and there.
