Are you tired with the prepubescent ideal of love, which claims that angsting over love-love confessions and - MAYBE - a peck on the lips is all you're gonna get out of your cartoon rom-comedy? Yes? Yes.
I like B-Cupped Pervert/Slut (?) and KissxSis. It isn't JUST because there are amazingly hot (and illegal, depending on your country/state) 2D school girls forcing themselves on witless males. Nor is it JUST because I have no non-blood related sisters (or actual sisters, for that matter) and would very much like to have non-blood related sisters give me some morning kisses. No. It goes deeper than that. MUCH deeper.
Y'see, 2D school girls are put on some kind of virginal pedestal where they A) have no sex drive and B) must be pursued by males. But with B-Cupped Pervert/Slut you get Yamada trying to force herself onto an unsuspecting average virgin in order to lose her virginity, with equal levels of humiliation resulting, prior to sleeping with 100+ guys. And KissxSis? Well, you have a pair of nympho twin 'sisters'; taking every chance they get to tongue-insert and crotch-rub.
In summary: these be the two most raunchy TV cartoons I've seen. All brothers NEED to see them to be free of the chains placed on them by fictional virgin maidens. Yes.
both main protagonist think of nothing but sex related objects
Kiss x Sis and B Gata H Kei are both verry enjoyable, short ecchi series. They feel the same, because in both series the girls are perverted, not the men. Kiss x Sis feels more like a hentai, while B Gata H Kei does have a romantic twist. If you liked one of them, I would recommend the other.

Both have perverted girls who like shy guys, and they mostly think about sex.
Kiss x Sis is more pervert than B Gata H Kei.
I think Kiss x Sis (TV) is funnier but B Gata H Kei have a better and complex story/characters.
Both are very funny, and this is the most important in this kind of shows.
Pervert girls that think about sex all the time
both features overly perverted heroines that goes through alot of trouble to try to have sex with the male chars, always to no avail. Very entertaining ecchi moments and sex jokes in both :P
both main female characters have the same goals, have Sex with the main male character.
Innocent protagonists, both have problems with nymphomaniac girls. But those girls aren't so bad, they behave so crazy cause of love (let's say, they're good at heart ;) ) Biggest difference is that Kiss x Sis has a lot of fan-service and dirty jokes are often visualized instead of B Gata H Kei, where conversations are the main source of your laugh ;)
They both have to do with love and getting a MAN!

Both are ecchi to high levels and handle the idea of an incestious relationship between siblings.
Both are on the borderline of being a hentai. You do not see anything but you know what is going on.
Brother-Sister incest. Ecchi. Though it seems that Yosuga no Sora will have a more intriguing storyline
incest relationship, and a harem in both. Yosuga no Sora has a much better story line than Kiss x Sis and also is rated R+ because there is nudity in majority of the episodes. If Kiss x Sis was good for you then Yosuga no Sora is even better.

Same aspect here, a sister liking her brother, IMO yosuga no sora had a better story and just wasn't also ecchi every time, this anime is very similar.
While Kiss x Sis merely scratches the surface Yosuga no Sora goes all the way and embraces us in what Kiss x Sis did not. If you enjoyed Kiss x Sis I believe you'd enjoy Yosuga no Sora way more. I think.
Both are ecchi and in both anime is about love between brother and sister/s (siblings)

Comedy and fanservice based around brother-sister incest.
OniAi takes a more harem-oriented approach while KissxSis focuses much more on the sisters.
Both are based on the premise of the sister(s) lusting after the brother, with the brother resisting with varying degrees of success. Both also feature an older girl (teacher, editor) who tries to correct what she sees as deviant behavior, also with varying degrees of success.
Both animes have Ecchi and Harem as genre.
Both animes deal with Incest, although in KissXSis the heroines aren't blood-related with the main character.

Both are incest (brother/sister) HIGH ecchi that borders on hentai.
Aki-Sora and Kiss x Sis are both romance and borderline hentai anime. They both feature perverted female characters that try to somehow get the attention of the male protagonist. Each of these series has a lot of incest built into it mixed with hardcore ecchi scenes. The difference is that the siblings in Aki-Sora are actually blood related, while in Kiss x Sis they aren't. If you enjoyed watching one of the series then you should definitely check out the other as well.

They both share similar ecchi epicness. Kiss x Sis (TV) is starts out more extreme than Kanokon, but they are both definitely together on the pushing edge of the ecchi genre.

Onii-chan was clearly inspired in KissxSis since it even do a lot of references to it including kissxSis posters.
The plot is minimal in the two unfortunately.

Fan-service, ecchi, and "siblings relationship". Yup, both of these series has all that.
The girls in both anime goes after the main protagonist in ways that are embarrassing. Although not technically blood related, these series has the girls going after the guy many times.
If you're looking for a real storyline development, then don't just toss this out trash but if you're looking for some fun entertainment and guilty pleasure, then keep these two series in your watch list.

Both have a Love Triangle and sister incest relationship
Kiss x Sis and Akane-Iro ni Somaru Saka are ecchi type comedies. There's quite a bit of romance in both and the shows also feature an incest theme where the siblings are actually not blood related. In both series the male lead is pursued by other female protagonists that confuse him and make it difficult for him to accept the feelings of any of them. Akane-Iro ni Somaru Saka turns out to be kinda decent while Kiss x Sis exceeds in terms of hardcore ecchiness. If you enjoyed watching one of them then you should definitely check out the other.

Take away the monsters and they are very much alike. The sisters in the series kiss x sis compete over there step brother who is also a bit indecisive. Kiss x Sis is reaching the borderline between hentai and anime much like parts in Rosario Vampire. If you liked multiple female characters pursuing a main character who can't decide then be sure to check it out.

There is also a small group of guys who have a new-found hate for the male in question.
