In consideration for the ecchi lovers out there =P. I recommend the To Love Ru series, although the first season isn't that great getting into the OVA episodes and later sequels, To Love Ru is a highly enjoyable anime with a unique addition of space aliens in a high school along with, well... the ecchi loaded scenes. Have fun ;)
Both are highly-ecchi harem animes featuring female siblings and really nice but dumb harem focus boys. They're quite nice and both have some really nice plot development. A lot of the Kiss x Sis plot is in the (ongoing) manga, which is an option for To Love-Ru, but given the combination of To Love-Ru, Motto To Love-Ru, and To Love-Ru: Darkness, the anime itself covers a lot of the detailed plot development. They're both more optimistic looks on a harem.
