Funnysmily
(English is not my mother-tonque. I can make mistakes)

It`s a very funny and cute story with a lot of humor in each episode. But if you like hard plot and goog graphic arts with too much detalise you may not like this anime at all. All attention directed on the story about relatins beetween one boy and his pet chiken with beard which called "Higepio". Small episodes seem comfortable to me becouse you can relax and laughing.

Higepiyo is basically about a chick with mustache trying to live in a normal family. I found this shorts hilarious enough. It's good to hear Romi Paku, Yuu Kobayashi and Satomi Arai (Kuroko Shirai FTW!!!) are on the show. Although the art is a bit amateur but the episodes are funny. If you want instant comedies, I recommend this.

Recommendations

Both are comic shorts based on the work of Mangaka Itō Risa and feature speaking house pets. Ebichu is definitly for mature audiences only while Higepiyo is family friendly.
Both series are cute and funny, sometimes feel childish but enjoyable by adults :)
