Now I myself am a gamer, and have been one for a long time, so when I heard that there was an anime based on video games, I was so excited! Too bad it didn't turn out the way I expected.

Arcade Gamer Fubuki is probably one of the most odd anime titles out there, but not for the reasons you might be thinking. The story itself isn't weird, the characters in general aren't weird, the anime does have a story and makes sense over all. So why then do you find an anime title where a girl simply plays video games odd you may read more

Let me ask you this, what the hell is this show? I mean, I give it points for originality but man oh man….. This is really a messed up show. The whole premise is about a girl showing off her panties to play video games. I don’t know about her, but I wouldn’t put on a pair of underwear that some strange guy tried to give me, let alone actually take them. The show felt bland. There seemed to be no reason for this show to even exist and I have a bad feeling that Gulasic pretty much meant Classic but because of Japanese vocals, read more

I can guess that the guys who thought of this were 30 year old salarymen who watched a few minutes their kids playing Bobble Bubble and then set out to make it come true. Arcade Gamer Fubuki is a no-brainer mini show, which is supposed to be attractive to video gamers. Well, guess what, it has such a retarded mentality on the subject that failed completely to grasp the feeling of the hobby. I used to hang out in coin-ops a lot as a kid and trust me when I say it was one of the few places where everybody was male and we didn’t read more

fubuki sakuragaski i think i spelled it right, uses the fasion panties to make her gaming and skills faster and better but to anyone who hates fanservice in anime be aware, but she soon finds out that her skirt does get blown up showing them when she uses it her saying its embarrassing therefore she soon acts like she doesnt wanna use it anymore.

anywho time to continue, i did enjoy this animw however i didnt like some parts, it kinda confused me like "what is this anime about exactly now ?" "trying to win at a game tournament ?" ya it sounds redicoulas but good read more

Both Kill La Kill and Arcade Gamer Fubuki focus on clothing that gives it's wearer super-human powers. Both also don't take themselves very seriously.
Both shows have the main character trying to find out more about their father, and both of the main characters have a super supportive best-friend as well, which tend to come off as pretty similar characters.
The major difference between the two shows is that Kill La Kill is focused on crazy physical fighting, while Arcade Gamer Fubuki is focused on crazy fighting in the form of video gaming.
The latter also comes off as more generic in terms of it's presentation, while Kill La Kill has a more original presentation.
Crazy and out of control. This is pretty much Puni Puni Poemi with a small story.
Crazy, out of control again. It pretty much is Excel Saga with panty shots.
If you dig comedy anime based around a theme, then you should also check out this title. It has the same over the top action and comedy!
