AD Police

AD Police is essentially a cast of male police in the bubblegum crisis world. It does not include the frilly pop-star-like alter egos the girls in bubblegum crisis have. It does not look like power rangers. This is a very serious show which holds nothing back.

That said, it was made with a sense of '80s nostalgia. It has its flaws, but is a gritty and violent enough series which more than makes up for what it lacks in plot and character depth.

I suppose one could compare it to Ghost in the Shell or Appleseed, but it's its own show. If you want to watch a gritty sci-fi series, give this one a shot. read more
