 Welcome! A Honi to everyone, who reached this place. I'm TheBigGuy from Germany. My real name is that of a famous english king. Try to guess it, if you like. I spent the first few years of my life in the former GDR before the German reunification. My first contact with anime was in the early 90s with Aishite Knight and Ohayo! Spank. That was before I even knew, what anime are. Then I rediscovered anime as a teenager with movies and series like Jin-Roh, Akira, Ghibli movies and Record of Lodoss War. Since then I have been an avid watcher of anime. My favorite genres are romance and mecha, but I watch basically every genre. Same goes for manga. I'm also a fan of Stargate and X-Files and Sci-Fi and Mystery in general. As for games, I play mostly JRPGs, FPS and Action-Adventures. My favorite JRPG is Persona 4.
