The Magical Kingdom of Klyrode summons hundreds of heroes from other worlds every year to fight in their war against the Dark One and his army of powerful demons. Banaza is one of those heroes, summoned from the Royal Capital Paluma, but something's not right—Banaza is only an average merchant. He has no magic, no fighting ability, and his stats are abysmal. Preliminary (7/12 eps)

So far, its very nice and wholesome, definitely worth the watch, I will watch it again when its finished, I am eagerly waiting for the next episode.

The anime is not your typical overpowered, perverted harem mc, its just a chill anime about a dude who got transferred into a different world. I would personally say that in the genre that this anime is in, its very unique in my opinion.

The art style captures the emotions and silliness the show sometimes throws at us. very good art style in my opinion.

The Male MC and the Female MC are very well rounded, and written, they have ... their own personal flaws and major strengths, i would say that the writing for the characters so far, is very very nice.

Personally, sometimes the emotions the characters show during serious situations are a little goofy and silly, but its not the purposely silly ones, it's the type of silly that randomly happens and you don't expect to laugh.

I think everyone should give this anime a watch, I just somehow stumbled upon this masterpiece on Crunchyroll.

Everyone should give this anime a chance regardless of the rating, I think everyone would enjoy it.

Mixed Feelings

Preliminary (6/12 eps)

Chillin' in Another World with Level 2 Super Cheat Powers leaves much to be desired in terms of the world-building and plot, but it does succeed at something where many generic isekai and power-fantasy shounen tend to consistently fail:
1) writing an MC who isn't afraid of women and is capable of having relationships with other characters outside of the power system
2) writing an FMC who goes beyond being a generic waifu and is capable of courting the MC in an interesting way

Surprisingly, a god-tier waifu such as Fenrys was born out of this generic isekai... it is even more surprising that she ... gets paired with an MC who respects her and actually wants to reciprocate her feelings. But this is exactly what this anime needed to elevate its status from the "cloned isekai trash" into the "possibly worth a watch" category.

Chillin' in Another World with Level 2 Super Cheat Powers presents as your generic isekai throwaway series and in a lot of ways (the plot, world-building, set design) it is... but it succeeds where many of its contemporaries have failed by writing a wholesome and satisfying relationship between the MC and FMC that carries the anime. Note the limits and weaker elements of the story going in, and this should be an enjoyable watch for those seeking decently written romance in a fantasy setting.

Preliminary (8/12 eps)

To describe how i felt watching this show. Its "a waste of time". Everything feels so forced and does not make sense. Characters you like can/will be characters you dislike. Nothing is happening and there is no plot. The first episode really made me hooked to the anime and made me wanted more. But the more i waited and watched, that thing that made me interested in the first place is now gone. Such a shame and a waste of potential. And i dont know why they had to make ballirosa hooked to the demon lord. That makes absolutely no sense.
