I don't like to admit it, but Akiko has the weakest personality out of all the little sisters on this list, because her whole personality is that she's a walking affirmation of love for her brother. However, she still can be considered as a peak little sister, as she has the most extreme brother complex out of any character I've seen. It's really wild, giving way to hilarious shenanigans and (UNCENSORED) perverted scenes.

Finally! The main heroine is the little sister!!!! Though she's his step-sister, Sagiri leaves quite the impression, with the gap moe between extreme shyness and vile perversion. Which gives way to some really juicy fanservice in the show.

Extremely traumatizing if you're not prepared for heartbreaking drama and only came here for light hearted incest. In this show, the taboo aspect of the genre is really emphasized. But despite all that, Sora is one of the best imouto characters for alot of reasons: tsundere, brocon, actually has intercourse, the main heroine and that she loves her brother despite what society thinks.
