Mallorie Rodak might be known for being the voice of Frieren but did you know that there are some notable characters in other anime that you didn't know she voiced?
For the anime it's based on which season the character she voiced debut. For example the High School DxD character she voiced Rossweisse debuted in the third season BorN.
All of these are before October 2023 which was when Frieren's Dub released.
Abby Trott is well known for being the voice of Nezuko from Demon Slayer. She has been voice acting since 2013, so here are some characters that she voiced before Nezuko.
All of these are before October 12 2019 which was the day the first episode of the Demon Slayer English Dub released. For example while Abby did voice Riko Aida in Kuroko's Basketball which technically came out in 2012, the English Dub officially came out in 2021 meanwhile Demon Slayer's Dub came out in 2019 so that will not be considered for this list.

By this period anime is already a mainstay in western public consciousness. Remakes of classic anime are as popular as ever, and some shows are pushing fan-service limits. Netflix emerges as an odd piece of the industry. Anime fans were eating good in 2014 (Tokyo Ghoul, Haikyuu!!, No Game No Life, The Seven Deadly Sins, Parasyte, Your Lie In April, Ping Pong the animation, Akame ga Kill, When Marnie was there, Nisekoi, Space Dandy, Noragami, Terror in Resonance, Yokai Watch)

During the noughties anime was becoming more popular in the west. A sidenote, Hunter x Hunter got a remake in 2011 considered to be one of the greatest animes ever. 2006 was a crazy good year for anime with loads of notable titles (Death Note, Code Geass, Gintama, Ouran Koukou Host Club, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Paprika, Nana, Black Lagoon, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Higurashi, Ergo Proxy, D.Gray-man, Tekkon Kinkreet, Hellsing Ultimate, Fate/stay night, Kanon, Air Gear, xxxHOLiC, Boku no Pico, Welcome to the NHK, Strawberry Panic)

In the first years of this part much anime was black and white. During all the years experimental and pioneering anime paved the way for franchises, companies, and the industry as a whole. 1969 was an especially strong year for anime (Sazae-san, Dororo, Tiger Mask, Attack no.1, Puss in Boots, Himitsu no Akko-chan, Moomin, The Flying Ghost Ship, Animerama 1).
You don't always hear the Manga or Light Novel creator's opinion on an adaptation of their work, but there are times where the creator of the original work is dissatisfied with how their work is adapted.
This list contains anime that were mentioned in the chronological order of the book The Cambridge Companion to Manga and Anime.

This stack is intended for shows with female protagonists of various demographics that try to represent girls outside of gender stereotypes or any "traditional" archetypes. Tomboys, nerd girls, the most ordinary girl next door, or even hardened female otaku. If you are interested in shows with unusual and lively female MCs, then this is the place for you.
A compilation of anime that can be watched in the background, PiP mode, at 2x speed or with skips without really missing out on too much.
These anime might have nice art style or soundtrack but usually come with pretty average animation (because their budget was equal to 3 bowls of rice and 2 cans of Asahi beer), pretty average story (usually, an Isekai one) and usually have an open ending.
This list will be updated from time to time.
