Everything here is listed in order of what I believe is the best way to navigate through the Nasuverse. Part 2 primarily covers non-mainline TYPE-MOON works (i.e. spinoffs, alternate continuities, parodies/comedy anime, etc.).

Unlike Part 1 of this interest stack, these are mostly "spinoffs" and not 100% essential to getting into the Nasuverse, so the order will be much more loose. There will, however, still be notes denoting if they're "recommended" or "optional".

PLEASE view this stack in the detailed list layout to see my notes with my reasoning for placements, alternate placements, etc.

Part 2 can be found here: https://myanimelist.net/stacks/23650

(the title also says it's the "wider nasuverse", but everything here is still mostly just fate lol)
Emiya-san Chi no Kyou no Gohan
ONA, 2018, 13 eps Me:- Author:8
An adaptation of a spinoff cooking manga of the same name, featuring the characters of Fate/stay night.

Highly recommended:
Fun wholesome shorts, a decent stand-in for Fate/hollow ataraxia because similar slice-of-life vibes.
Tsuki no Sango
Movie, 2010, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
Short movie that takes place in an unknown alternate timeline/universe. Has allusions to Tsukihime.
Lord El-Melloi II Sei no Jikenbo: Rail Zeppelin Grace Note - Hakamori to Neko to Majutsushi
TV Special, 2018, 1 ep Me:- Author:7
A prologue episode to the main Lord El-Melloi II show, introducing us to the setting and the characters featuring in the show.

Mandatory if you watch the Lord El-Melloi II anime.
Lord El-Melloi II Sei no Jikenbo: Rail Zeppelin Grace Note
TV, 2019, 13 eps Me:- Author:-
A spinoff series revolving around a fan-favorite character from Fate/Zero.

Highly recommended:
Expands on the Clock Tower and World of Magecraft while also introducing characters that appear in later works on this list.

NOTE:
The anime only adapts Volumes 4 and 5, but instead has many anime-original episodes in place of Volumes 1-3 which go unadapted. For the full experience, you should probably both read the light novel and watch the anime. All 10 volumes have been fan translated and can be easily found online.

Lord El-Melloi II's Case Files also has a sequel light novel series titled Lord El-Melloi II's Adventures, which has not been adapted yet.
Lord El-Melloi II Sei no Jikenbo: Rail Zeppelin Grace Note Special
TV Special, 2021, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
Special episode of Lord El-Melloi II anime.

Highly recommended viewing after watching the main anime.
Fate/Extra: Last Encore
TV, 2018, 10 eps Me:- Author:-
A loose adaptation of Fate/Extra, based off a bad ending from the game.

Recommended, but highly suggested to watch only after playing Fate/Extra (PSP JRPG):
Introduces many popular servants and characters who would become series staples as well as the world of the Moon Cell (referenced in later works).

NOTE:
A remake of Fate/Extra titled Fate/Extra Record is currently in development, so if you want to wait until Record releases before watching Last Encore, that's fine.
Fate/Extra: Last Encore - Illustrias Tendousetsu
TV, 2018, 3 eps Me:- Author:-
The final 3 episodes of Fate/Extra: Last Encore. MAL just separates these as its own entry since they aired later.
Ken to Mahou no Logres: Inishie no Megami x Fate/Extella
CM, 2016, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
A commercial for the mobile gacha game "Ken to Mahou no Logres: Inishie no Megami" promoting a collaboration with Fate/Extella.

Optional. (this is pretty much a substitute for a fate/extella entry, i wouldn't add this otherwise lol)
Fate/Apocrypha
TV, 2017, 25 eps Me:- Author:6
Fate/Apocrypha takes place in a timeline that branched off from events decades before Fate/stay night, featuring a new Holy Grail War with a major twist to its mechanics.

Highly recommended:
Expands on various Nasuverse lore and concepts, shows more elements of the World of Magecraft, and introduces us to many popular servants, plus an important new servant class. It also features some of the best fights and character moments in the series.
Fate/Apocrypha Recaps
TV Special, 2017, 2 eps Me:- Author:-
Recap episodes (12.5 and 19.5).

Optional:
Simple recaps, they don't add anything to the story.
Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya
TV, 2013, 10 eps Me:- Author:7
A magical girl spinoff featuring Illyasviel as the main protagonist.

Recommended:
Your mileage on how much you'll enjoy Prisma☆Illya will vary person-to-person, but Prisma☆Illya is still a nice addition to the Nasuverse, being one of the more tonally lighthearted TYPE-MOON works.
Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya: Undoukai de Dance!

-, -, ? eps Me:- Author:-
Unreleased, will be a sequel to the Licht Nameless Girl movie.
Fate/Grand Order: First Order
TV Special, 2016, 1 ep Me:- Author:7
Start of Fate/Grand Order, covering the prologue of Part 1 of the game.

NOTE:
The next 5 chapters of the game, Singularities 1-5, were not adapted into an anime. There are two manga adaptations of Part 1 which adapt alternating story chapters, but one was on hiatus for a long time and both are behind on English translations. The story of Singularities 1-5 are also considered to be quite weak, so skipping them won't be too much of an issue as long as you know the overall premise.
Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia - Initium Iter
Special, 2019, 1 ep Me:- Author:8
A prologue episode to the FGO Babylonia anime, which loosely recaps Singularities 1-6 (up to Camelot) while adding NEW, IMPORTANT anime-original scenes.

Alternate placement:
Where you watch this depends on whether or not you have played or read Fate/Grand Order up to Singularity 6 - Camelot.
If you've played and read FGO up to completing Singularity 6, you can watch this as intended between the Camelot movies and the Babylonia anime. HOWEVER, if you are anime-only, I would highly recommend watching this before Camelot movies since it spoils almost nothing from Camelot and lets you get up to speed on Singularities 1-5.
Fate/Grand Order: Shinsei Entaku Ryouiki Camelot 1 - Wandering; Agateram
Movie, 2020, 1 ep Me:- Author:6
The 1st movie of a duology adapting the 6th chapter of FGO Part 1, the Sixth Singularity: Divine Realm of the Round Table - Camelot.

NOTE:
Many cuts and changes to the story were made to fit Camelot into two movies, so any later references to Camelot (i.e. scenes from Babylonia referencing Camelot) may not fully align with how events are depicted in these two movies.
Fate/Grand Order: Shinsei Entaku Ryouiki Camelot 2 - Paladin; Agateram
Movie, 2021, 1 ep Me:- Author:8
The 2nd movie of a duology adapting the 6th chapter of FGO Part 1, the Sixth Singularity: Divine Realm of the Round Table - Camelot.

NOTE:
This second movie has the same issues as the first movie in regards to its pacing and story cuts/changes. Although it's to a lesser extent because a majority of the movie is just fighting, there are still enough differences to keep this in mind.
Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia
TV, 2019, 21 eps Me:- Author:9
An adaptation of the 7th chapter of FGO Part 1, the Seventh Singularity: Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia.
Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia Recaps
TV Special, 2019, 3 eps Me:- Author:-
3 recap episodes of Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia (11.1, 11.2, 15.5).

Optional:
These episodes are untranslated and are quite difficult to find.
Fate/Grand Order: Shuukyoku Tokuiten - Kani Jikan Shinden Solomon
Movie, 2021, 1 ep Me:- Author:8
End of Fate/Grand Order Part 1 - Observer on Timeless Temple.

From here, the FGO story moves into Part 1.5 - Epic of Remnant, a new story arc that wraps up certain loose ends from Part 1's story, introduces new important characters and elements, and bridges the story over to FGO Part 2: Cosmos in the Lostbelt. Many fans consider the Lostbelt arcs to have some of the best stories in the series.

Epic of Remnant and Cosmos in the Lostbelt have yet to be animated, but manga adaptations of the EoR chapters are currently being released.
Fate/Grand Order: Moonlight/Lostroom
TV Special, 2017, 1 ep Me:- Author:5
An interlude that bridges FGO's Part 1.5 - Epic of Remnant into Part 2 - Cosmos in the Lostbelt.

Optional if you do not plan to continue with FGO after the Solomon movie. HOWEVER, this is mandatory if you play FGO, relevant to certain developments in Part 2 of FGO's story. If Cosmos in the Lostbelt gets an anime adaptation, this will become mandatory.
Fate/Grand Order
CM, 2014, ? eps Me:- Author:-
Special animated commercials to promote various aspects of the FGO mobile game, which range from in-game events to new story chapter releases to anniversary celebrations.
Toshiwasure Guda Guda Order 2016
Special, 2016, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
Optional:
Special short aired during Fate Project New Year's 2016 stream.
Manga de Wakaru! Fate/Grand Order
TV Special, 2018, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
Optional, but recommended watching if you're familiar with or play FGO. Many FGO jokes (no matter how overused they are amongst the community) originate from the Learning with Manga! comic and this special adaptation.
Fate/Grand Carnival
OVA, 2020, 4 eps Me:- Author:7
A comedy parody anime in the same vein as Carnival Phantasm.

Highly recommended, but only if you watched Carnival Phantasm AND are familiar with FGO. If you aren't familiar with FGO or don't play, you will likely not find this as funny as Carnival Phantasm since it similarly heavily relies on your knowledge of FGO.
Fate/Grand Order: Fujimaru Ritsuka wa Wakaranai - Nenmatsu Special
TV Special, 2022, 1 ep Me:- Author:7
Episode 0 of Fujimaru Ritsuka wa Wakaranai that premiered during the Fate Project New Year's Eve 2022 stream.

Recommended if watching the show. If not, then optional.
Fate/Grand Order: Fujimaru Ritsuka wa Wakaranai
ONA, 2023, 33 eps Me:- Author:-
Shorts adapting the comedy manga of the same name.

Optional.
Fate/strange Fake PV
PV, 2019, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
Optional:
Trailer promoting the Fate/strange Fake light novels. This was released with the release of Volume 6 of the light novels, so if you want to stay unspoiled, it is recommended that you watch this after reading Volume 6.
Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn
TV Special, 2023, 1 ep Me:- Author:9
A feature-length anime special adapting the beginning of Fate/strange Fake.

Mandatory for watching Fate/strange Fake. This is a prologue to the series similar to how UBW has its own Episode 0 Prologue episode.
Fate/strange Fake
TV, -, ? eps Me:- Author:-
Season 1 of Fate/strange Fake.

Recommended:
An anticipated adaptation of one of the more beloved Fate spin-offs, written by Ryougo Narita (Baccano!, Durarara!). Features a large-scale Holy Grail War set in the United States featuring a large cast of characters similar to Narita's other works and Fate/Apocrypha.

NOTE:
This and Whispers of Dawn are last on the list as they are the most recent entries here and the novels they're adapted from are still being written.
