Welcome to my page. I write reviews when I have something interesting to say. I'm committed to writing at least one review every season.
What my scores mean: 7–10, I'd watch more (recommended); 5–6, I might (mixed feelings); 1–4, I wouldn't (not recommended). "BUT THIS SHOW IS AMAZING—" If it's so amazing, why did I get bored and drop it after three episodes? "BUT THE ANIMATION—" I don't care.

THE COMPLAINT BOX
How does
Big Order have a 5.36 rating? That show is hilarious.
Isekai Cheat Skill is a really funny comedy that for some reason almost everyone failed to notice is a comedy, even though almost every scene has a comedy setup and a comedy punch line. I think they might genuinely not understand what genres are.
At some point, you've got to stop falling for the same trick — you know, the one episode of somewhat well-animated action (or action-comedy, or fantasy action, or fantasy action-comedy) that gives us a new "anime of the decade" every season, a new timeless masterpiece with a shelf life of twelve or thirteen weeks. If you fell for
Spy Family, you shouldn't have fallen for
Chainsaw Man as well. It's embarrassing.
It's also embarrassing to defend a show with bad pacing by arguing that it's faithful to the manga. An adaptation that suffers for being slavishly faithful to the source material is a bad adaptation.
The Eminence in Shadow is not a parody: it is a mediocre fantasy action-comedy that you can pretend to be enjoying ironically.
My Instant Death Ability is the same thing minus twenty IQ points.
Why did anyone think
Zom 100 was good? It was never good. Neither was
Undead Unluck.
Shangri-La Frontier is really bad; watch
Full Dive instead.
Solo Leveling is really bad; watch
Goblin Slayer instead.
