I didn't like that in a seeming attempt to market the show to homophobic or yuri-uninterested crowd, anime portrayed it too subtly. So much so that sometimes it seemed to you that they are really just friends and you can forget about it and ship other characters. I can't stand it when a show tries to manipulate my reaction just to make me intrigue or believe in things that won't come true. Which is highly absurd, given how you said it was their main selling point.

It seems that they simply do not have arguments or this is really the only thing they are interested in. Otherwise, I can't explain why they can accuse you of hating yuri, even if you criticize the show for missing the opportunity to write yuri.

wow, your Unicorn review might be the most elitist thing I've ever read. As someone who prefers The Origin manga to the original MSG 0079 TV show and who dropped Zeta Gundam because of its cringy character interactions and unbelievable dialogue, I love Unicorn.

ya i liked that quite a bit. And was my first gundam series that got me into the franchise :) . Cant wait till they make something as good as iron-blooded.

Thank you for such a comprehensive response. I sort of got the basic idea of what i should watch next. But i want to know two more things before starting the series. First thing is this part, "Make sure to watch Chars counter attack once you're very familiar with the Char and Amuro story". But is the story of Char and Amuro's not been explained already in the original Gundam Movies? Also, i watched the original gundam movies at the start of this year but i only remember fragments of their story. I remember Red Comet's Story more because i adored his character so much. For amuro i only remember him fighting from earth federation and having countless encounters with Char.

As for the part two,i wanted to know whether i can watch the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn RE:0096 without watching any of the Gundam series after the year UC:083

PS: I also loved the Mobile suit gundam UC:080 War in the pocket. Honestly i was not expecting it to be this good. If i had to say , it is one of the most underrated anime i have seen so far. I m so ecstatic i got into Gundam series. Because i m in the middle of Job Hunt and other activities, that keep me busy, I m hoping of watching the whole Gundam Franchise by the end of next year. Can I bother you XD if i run into any problem in future with Gundam series?

Hi mate , Nice to meet you. I have watched the original gundam , Star Dust memory and war in the pocket. You can say that i have seen upto the events of UC 083 . Now i want to watch the 7 OVAS of gundam Unicorn and gundam unicorn RE because of the amazing soundtracks. I will be highly grateful if you could guide me on gundam series and also can i watch the two mentioned series directly or do i have to watch something else before i can view them? Thanks.

If only I could stop time I'd watch more anime and then I'd comeback with a longer list! I'm trying my best here to make that possible :b But honestly, a few months ago I had almost 200 anime listed and deleted half of them because I didn't remember anything (also, some were awful and I regretted watching them lol)

Oh mama... the Eclipse is gonna fuck you up dude. I would go on, but you really need to experience it firsthand. Also, have fun reading the manga all the way from the beginning because the adaptations are nothing more than glorified trailers for the manga. Also, thanks for the kind words although I'm of the firm belief that all internet communities are fucking garbage and that it's the people that you're associating with that make your experience slightly less shit.

As for my top 10, well it's not really a finite top 10 for any of the categories. I've watched and read so many things that I enjoyed to the point where I honestly cannot create a definite top 10 list. The mosaic on my profile is pretty much the closest you'll ever get to a finite favourites list out of me, and even then, that's just a mosaic of programmes I've watched more than 3 times start to finish (and there are WAY more than 9 programmes on that list). I cycle through the entries on my favourites listings just to give other shit I enjoyed time in the limelight. Also, just remember that it's a crime against humanity to skip over the OP of Yu Yu Hakusho.
