(I suck at writing introductions, but here we go!)
I'm the great Mikan (just another regular traumatized weeb like you, or maybe not, but that's not the point here lol) who has good taste in anime favourites or anime overall. You could say what my all-time favourite anime is just by looking at my username and profile picture, but I'll say it just for the aestheticness (I'm making up this word cuz why not lol). It's Shingeki no Kyojin. It's my everything, my home, my 2nd family and my absolutely everything! It's true that it left me heartbroken for months, but as someone said on Twitter, "Don't cry because it ended, be happy and smile that it happened". I'm very grateful to everyone who made snk happen (Including Isayama sensei, the marvelous seiyuu panel, the animators and the composers and each and everyone who took part in producing the best and the best and the one and only masterpiece). It changed my views of many things, and snk means a lot to me. If you know me personally, you would realize how much I love it and it means to me more than everything. (Ahh tearing up is not an option, but can't help)

(Also, don't get me wrong, snk is not my comfort anime cuz bro, what comfort is there seeing all my favourite characters die and suffer endlessly?) If you're asking what my comfort anime is, it's SK8 The Infinity. It's a hidden gem that is underrated, which makes me lose faith in humanity for not checking out this masterpiece and not giving it the love that it deserves!

Moving on, I also show serious symptoms of some unhealthy obsessions for animes like Jujutsu Kaisen (More like Seek-Therapy-Immediately Kaisen), Haikyuu (Best sports anime? Yuppers!), Owari no Seraph (Guren and Shinya center plot ngl), Noragami (another masterpiece that makes me freak out because the comedy and other elements are just a chef's kiss), Kimetsu no Yaiba (It's not overrated, let me repeat, it's not overrated!), Fruits Basket (ahh the best shoujo ever to exist) and Akatsuki no Yona (Harem? Nah, as if anyone could surpass Hak *scoffs* But you know, I love the 4 dragons too. The amount of comedy in this makes my life better, so buzz off losers if you think it's not a good anime)
Boku no Hero Academia is also one of the few animes I like. But since recently I just kinda feel like my interest going down, but who knows, things will change when the new seasons release. (The main focus? Ofc it's Katsuki, if not for him, I wouldn't continue the series)
So that's about my top faves.
Chotto matte, I'm also kinda hoping to add Naruto to the list, but it's hella long and I don't wanna kinda get into it right now (Call me lame for not having the "hype" that you professionalists have to watch Naruto, idc) and Shippudden is in my on-hold list. I will get into it someday (yeah, it's unsure)

Well, so, the first anime I watched was either Gakuen Alice or Ponyo. I don't remember which one of them I watched first. But I remember being a big simp for Hyuuga Natsume as a kid (Kids do act like that sometimes). He's still on my favourite characters list because he's an icon, I have to say. Again, underrated and the world could've been a better place if whatever the studio that worked on Gakuen Alice continued animating it until it was over. (My favourite romance trope is childhood friends or childhood rivals to lovers so I'm being biased. But you don't know, as a kid I was very excited to see it every evening at 5.00 pm on TV and it is such a nostalgic feeling.) Well I read the manga anyway, and it ended the way I wanted heh

So that's pretty much about my boring self.
I'm awkward (an INTP-T actually), and might constantly ramble on anything that interests me so you might get tired of me, but I don't bite.
