Right?!? :) I LOVE Naru too! But I'm amazed that all the kids in that show were voiced by actual little kids, especially Naru X). That ED though :O Breathtaking song. Let me know how the manga turns out, Barakamon has potential for a second season, even though I think we'll probably never get it..

Aha, now that I think about it, it does in someways seem like Dragon Ball Z xD. I guess it was really a Shounen-y way to end it x). Well I think there's an OVA coming, so I would love to see how Ryuko's life will be after all that.

Yeah I agree with you. I thought it was a good show persay, but it just was a bit over-hyped. In terms of my opinion to the ending, I thought it was an alright way to cap off the show, I was a bit sad at what happened to Senketsu at the end, but that final blow was pretty epic x). I wasn't blown away by the ending though since the ending seemed to remind a bit of the ending to Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (also done by the same people) and MAN! if you thought the the show/ending to KLK was crazy, I dare you to try Gurren Lagann ;'D

Aha, well is thiis version of the manga where Evangelion is mainly a high school comedy? I think I remember seeing that before that's why and it seemed interesting and more fun. And well to tell you the truth, I didn't even mind the original Shinji. I can see where the character was coming from when he was afraid and was satisfied with his development by the end. (Especially in End of Eva). I think in my opinion, he was the best "Scared Protagonists" I've seen so far..

Ahh, you're lucky you had some knowledge going into it. When I watched KLK I was absolutely blind x). So when I saw that clothes were the main focus I was just like, "Whaaa-" The fanservice was INSANELY distracting at first, but then by I would say episode 5ish I kinda got used to it. o.O

That's where I have to differ with you.. I never really did like Ryuuko. She was always so angsty and brash, that it was hard to root for her when she would just charge in without ever thinking about things much :P Satsuki on the other hand though was awesome. I loved her cool and cold personality.
Yeah the middle kinda was meh since it was practically build up for the "Biggest threat" But the last 3-4 episodes were just pure outrageous action and that's really where KLK shines. Glad you're enjoying it though.

I agree. I wouldn't necessarily say the story was good since I can't wrap my head around Clothes taking over, but the action scenes were pretty fun to watch and for the most part, I enjoyed myself when watching it, though it's not something I would praise as much as everyone else. Though let me know what your final thoughts about it are when you finish!

Also, love that Rei X Kaworu pic xD It's adorable, though I never considered them together before :P

Sorry about the late response, I actually lost internet connection for a few days.. and as for Kill la Kill: In the beginning I wasn't too crazy about it, since it didn't really have a clear sense of direction or plot to make me interested in Ryoko's revenge story. Though when those events like "The Raid Trip" or "The Fighting election" thing came, and it was all just mindless action, I really started getting into it :) It was very reminicscent of the show Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (Also technically by the same people) since the main reason people wanna see kill la kill Aside from the fanservice is the entertainment value! :) What are your thoughts on the show so far?

Aha thanks! ^.^ I really love discussing with others about anything to tell you the truth, especially when it comes to anime, I feel like I can go on for days learning new things about the fanbase, the MAL community, airing shows, etc..

Yeah, I think that's what majority of the people felt.. Many people thought that the rebuild series would make Eva more available to a wider audience but NOPE Anno, was just like " Time to screw with people's minds again." I didn't know it was an alternate version to End of Eva which sounds pretty interesting actually but another MAL friend indeed told me that there's A LOT of unanswered questions and just adds even more information on top of it. Tbh, I'm a bit skeptical of seeing it since I really liked the rebuild movies because of it's high octane action, but if this truly is just an info bomb with a focus on the relationship between the two characters, then it does make me curious.. Ahh well, I guess just have to wait for the DVD release..

And you can't buy DVDS and blurays in your country?? :O That's more or less the same for us here though. We don't get really good movies in theaters even months apart which can suck sometimes -.-' . And nah! You did a good job stating your opinion, thanks a lot! :) Because of you i'm actually more intrigued in seeing Eva 3.33 o.O

Oh Sorry about that. :S What is your native language? And I agree, Evangelion is definitely not for everybody. When people think about Mecha Animes, they usually think they can just sit back and turn off the brain. Definitely not is the case for Evangelion. Especially with the last 2 and End of Evangelion.. To get the full experience, you really need to create theories and interpretations of your own. I loved how much replay value the Evangelion series has, since you can just rewatch it one time and get a different interpretation on what the dialogue and scene meant.In genera though, the key concept is easy to understand if you're paying enough attention which is brilliant, since you can still enjoy Eva, even if you fully didn't understand it. And what did you think about 3.0? It still hasn't released here in the west, so i'm eagerly anticipating it! Let me know how the manga compares when you finish it! :)
