MyHero goes from 7-9, occasionally it's a 6 too. The current season is simply my favorite along with S4, that's the reason for the higher rating. I also have to say that I enjoy the anime more in general.

Since Slip Arc is the sixth season of Gintama so it basically IS a part of Gintama series, and not just OVA or special episodes. Personally I think it is a waste to miss the entire season. Because just like any other anime, it's as if you're skipping one season of its many seasons of an anime. So Slip Arc is just like the previous comedic episode of Gintama and leaving that out would feel incomplete.

So I suggest if you don't want to miss a season, watch S6 first. If you don't want to watch then just don't watch unless you feel it's okay to watch after.

Red Spider Arc is a big arc 😂 I mean it's not that big but by "small" I mean mini arc that last 1 or 2 episodes, or 3 at most. Somehow I forgot that Red Spider Arc is separated from Yoshiwara since both are closely related. I assumed that Red Spider is a part of Yoshiwara Arc haha.

Do you have fav Major OP? I really like OP 1 & OP 6 since both are the same song. That nostalgic-like songs. I love the melody so much ^////^

Both are from season 1.. I just googled their names. Underground is Rengokukan Arc (ep 27), Guardian Dog Arc (ep 107-108). I mentioned them because I assumed you have watched in since you are at fourth season now. Remember both?

I won't say anything about how good or bad both arc since I don't want you to put high expectation. See for yourself ;)

SA Arc and FS Arc (you will see them later in S4). But mini arc like the underground fighting one, Guardian Dog Arc with the yakuza, Shougo's sister...and many others are my fav tooo >_< Each arc is just so meaningful, even the smallest

Everytime I'm feeling those, I just watch the episode with heads in the cloud, get over with it, and proceed to next episode uwu

For anime parodies, many I didn't get because I don't watch them especially Dragon Ball. Really unfortunate since they have a LOT reference to DB. But we just can't help it. Honestly I proceed to another episode and another without understanding anything.

For the comedy lies behind japanese culture, well, if I know about the culture then I get what they mean. If not then I don't.

For the comedy lies behind the pattern of their japanese language, it's because I can understand Japanese. I'm not that good and honestly I cannot speak, but at least I can write and hold a conversation like in chatting (I still have the need to refer to dictionary most of the time haha). There's a pattern of speech in japanese language that makes it funny so unless you understand the language, this side of comedy may be over the head for you. Not all I find them funny though.

Hmm what percentage huh.. Maybe around 50-60%? Don't exactly remember how much I laugh.
Wait.... I think didn't laugh that much but instead I [/i]grin[/i] so many times that my jaw hurts very much every episode. Yeah, I'm 100% sure I grinned most of the time. It's not a laugh but grinning so much still makes my day.

There's a reference to Ashita no Joe in Gintama ep 1 or 2. I didn't watch AnJ at that time so that scene just passed through me. Now that I have watched AnJ and rewatch Gintama again, I finally understand the reference.

Oh so you plan to watch it after. I had to skip S6 to not ruin my mood and now that I finished Gintama for good, I no longer have the will to watch S6 lol. Because we have seen all of Gintama and got the ending and feel completed and all so going back to the comedy when you have finish it, we're just not in the mood anymore. In my case at least, since I didn't know about S6.
