היום זה כבר בן 27 נעים להכיר ~!
Is that so, I didn't know about the Drama CD. I think hero bunko has yet to adapt one of its titles as an anime, but that's always possible.
If you really care about the setting, don't forget to read the Ex (you can read it now) and the Iden (probably read it after vol 7 as it'll make more sense).
Yep, I think that this time SnowWhite may die by the end of the arc by the way, since it's supposed to be "her arc".
I don't think I've ever heard of it , I didn't even know the author had another series running. Looking at it it doesn't seem to be receiving that much favour from the readers so far though.
Kusuriya is really good so far. The main character is really entertaining to follow, the mysteries are nicely done and the setting is quite unique imo.
I don't really feel that way about vol 5. The climax of a story is usually having a lot of events happening at once so it felt normal for a last volume.
Sukamoka is like one point lower on a scale of 10, maybe not even that much lower, so it's pretty even with its prequel imo. It has quite the different feel compared to the previous series, but explain a lot of the world they live in, and the story doesn't have that romance "tag" like the first series had for its first 3 volumes.
It's close of ending, since vol8 is officially the start of the last story arc. i'd say there's at most 2 more volumes to come.
I've got Mahoiku black since mid January. I plan to read it , probably sometimes during march. second half of February and March are going to be quite hectic for me so I don't know how much time I'll have to read; so at worst, April I guess.
I found the first volume interesting so I decided to order the rest of the series the next time I'll make an order for japanese novels.
It felt a bit like Saiunkoku monogatari, but with a cast mostly female instead of mostly male and a MC that is clearly more of a weirdo than Kou Shuurei is.
I'm curious to see where this'll be going after the first volume.
Then there's Hinaarare, a collection of short stories that are actually pretty similar to HZM when I think about it (the stories aren't as short though).
Another series I would really recommend is the Kannabishi Koukou series which is composed of Chii-chan ha Yuukyuu no Mukou, Usotsuki Uso wo Tsuku tabi ni Nagemetaku naru Tsuki, Peter Pan Endroll and Hakobune Etranger.
Also I guess I don't need to mention Mushi to Medama (since you've already read some of it) or Sasami-san@Ganbaranai (since you've already watched the anime).
And if you're still needing more after all that you can check out Majo no Seitokaichou and Minikui Ahiru no Koi.
Basically the novel's main plot on the long run will reverse or deny everything you thought were facts in this story or almost lol, that was interesting to follow.
Well the whole story is just the author trolling readers again and again. That what make sit entertaining though.
Yep, like you said. At least you still have Archives to read, I don't even have that ^^".
I haven't read Toshokan Para sect, but I know someone here who has read it (Mecasonic , who is a huge fan of Akira's novels).
I don't think I know anything like it, but Akira may have written something similar since he's very productive and has quite the crazy writing style and his stories are regularly full of weird settings and crazy characters.
So you may want to ask that to Mecasonic as well, he may have some rec for you.
And... Yeah, this is purposely confusing on many levels, I went back to re-read some parts after reading the end of chapters just to see again the whole picture but with the correct "angle".
Biscuit Frankenstein is really good and fairly short compared to kyouran kazoku nikki, so that's that. KKN is his shojo novel (IE, his first published novel) , and its quality can variate quite a bit.
I want to keep my hope up for Rokka, but I'm certainly glad that I found other currently published novels that I really enjoy reading while I'm waiting :p.
It failed!
I hope for it as well. i think there's plenty of time. We're still several volumes away from the end, or I would be very surprised otherwise x).
Hans ' past itself isn't that expanded. What was expended was more how was his life right before the main story, and how did he ended fitting the criteria for Rokka, and who interfered to make this happen.
Yeah, I could have described him worse, definitely ^^".
Which website is that? the official one? Just checked, yeah it says too much about them. It's not really a problem for the first arc as I said, but it's still not something peoples should know right from the start. basically the onl ything you should know is the name and the blue line (the mahou line) for each character(except for the 16th, the one who is right before Fab on the website)
If it goes further than this, then that may becomes spoiler. Although on that point it's only problematic in the second arc. in the second arc, several of the cast mahou shoujo are keeping aces in their sleeves so it could become a spoiler. I suppose however than if it's an anime website, you only had the 16 of the first arc since the anime will only cover that.
Well it should be colourful and probably fairly well animated so pleasing to the eyes, with good voice actor so pleasing to the ears. And entertaining as well. Just don't expect the story to be anything special, and do not expect the characters to be really developed either. The abilities aren't nearly as interesting as those in the following arcs imo x).
Hmm, volume 5 was a bit too much based on "coincidences and doubtful manipulations" to my taste. I didn't like it as much as I like the previous ones. Also Volken was a delusional prick. I really don't see why the anime had any interested in increasing it's appearance time by making him appear in the first arc, seriously. His last moments are justified on that regards, tho. Wasn't all those big revelations you're talking about already in volume 4 ? I don't think volume 5 really added anything too big compared to that.
Hmmm fire spirits aren't really focused upon, but they can create hydrogen, as well as a type of extremely flammable oil (this one is why the fire troops are melee) We never really see the fire troops using that except for very specific moments tho, so we just hear a bit about it. Having a fire spirit isn't required to be a melee type soldier btw. Deinkan or whatever was his name had a water spirit.
It was interesting. There's no big revelation in there, but we see a lot of the main character's personality, what they were doing before the awakening, as well as getting more world building. The relationship between Goldof and Nashetania for example is really deepened. This shows Nashetania under a completely different light on that point. This also shows some other characters like Mora and Fremy under a very different light as well. And how Hans ended up qualifying to be chosen as a rokka (since you need motivation to defeat the majin on top of proving your worth, which always seemed strange for Hans). Also, Chamo's feelings. That was unexpected.
Oh you've read that scene. Yes this will be in the next episode. The episode review that just came out 30 minutes ago shows parts of it. Be lucky that you only read a part of that chapter. The chapters surrounding it hurt to read.
I'm sure they'll show more detail on that in the third arc :)!
Oh you have no idea :D
