Well they do animate whichever is popular or obtained a high rating. Maybe it's not much these days so they had to animate some mangas that are short and not as popular compare to others.

The 4 Deamons felt a lot weaker in the anime then in the manga imo

Really? I'm probably one of the fans that were complaining owo But now I'm glad that Hakuryuu (and Judal) is back, we haven't see him much after he had conquered the dungeon (like the end of season 1) o3o
