30-sai made Doutei dato Mahoutsukai ni Nareru Rashii
add

Handsome office workers becoming closer to one another and overcoming their own personal struggles, working through their slightly complicated relationship with the other person. A key difference though is that Cherry Magic is a BL/romance and My New Boss is Goofy (fluffy as it is) is not, and is simply a slice of life.

Futsutsuka na Akujo dewa Gozaimasu ga: Suuguu Chouso Torikae Den
add

The similarities are pretty surface level, but they're both stories where the beloved heroine and the scorned villainess switch bodies in a twist of fate. Their tones are pretty different, with Your Throne being full of scheming and politics while Inept Villainess is more light-hearted (though still engaging).

Wakeari Danjo no Secret Days

This is a cute and short manga that I think fans of Wotakoi might enjoy. It has a similar premise of a coworker romance with the mc hiding the secret hobby as an otaku. The romance is slower than Wotakoi but it's still pretty cute!

Senpai wa Otokonoko

Both manga have characters named Saki that are kinda similar. Both try to throw themselves deeply into romance because they're trying to find their "special someone" or "soulmate". Condition Called Love is a romance-focused story, while Senpai is more of a coming-of-age.

If you like Angel Next Door, there's a chance you'll like this one as well, although it's not quite as fluff-focused. Mr. Bride is a cute adult cohabitation manga, where the main girl seems like a "perfect idol" on the outside, but is terrible at maintaining her house or cooking for herself. The main guy meanwhile, can't stand seeing her living habits, and begins helping with cooking and cleaning.

Both are very fun romance-themed comedy 4-koma manga, that tend to build up hilariously comedic misunderstandings in a similar way. Both parody cliché romance tropes and put their own spin on it. Both have very fun and loveable characters and multiple couples that get built up.

Series where an eccentric/quirky girl forcefully make an apathetic/cynical boy join a high school club and drag him into a bunch of shenanigans, where the boy initially makes a big show about how he isn't interested. Eventually the boy realizes deep down how much he enjoyed those antics. Watch the ovas of Bungaku Shoujo before the movie.

Strong combinations of supernatural action, drama, and romance. They also involve certain types of creatures (phantoms and bugs) that feed off of people's negative emotions to strengthen. There are comedic elements here and there dispersed between heavier arcs, and as they go on both stories involve other factions and reveal the characters' pasts.

Both main female characters (Yuuko Amamiya and Sakura Matou) share similarities in their background, with each series exploring their complicated emotions regarding those events as well as how it affects both of their romances. Both girls also hold a grudge on individuals for their inaction to certain events (Yuu Himura and Rin Tohsaka respectively). Do keep in mind that neither of these entries are the first to watch in their series.

Great female protagonists that go through impressive character development, and have goals of changing the kingdom for the better. While at first glance, they don't seem particularly similar, they actually share quite a bit in common. They have beautiful and detailed art, powerful and intelligent female leads, and thrilling moments. Both protagonists have a larger goal, and they need to do plenty of scheming and investigating in order to achieve it. They encounter many foes and need to fight for survival.

Both stories involve a woman of high social status in a royal setting getting wronged by a "typical", kindhearted, blonde, shoujo-lead archetype. Both also involve an arrogant man who initially takes the blonde girl as a lover. They have elements of fantasy, politics, and romance.
