Synopsis

Mahiru is a beautiful girl whose classmates all call her an "angel." Not only is she a star athlete with perfect grades—she's also drop-dead gorgeous. Amane‚ an average guy and self-admitted slob‚ has never thought much of the divine beauty‚ despite attending the same school. Everything changes‚ however‚ when he happens to see Mahiru sitting alone in a park during a rainstorm. Thus begins the strange relationship between this incredibly unlikely pair!

Before going into this review I will assume that you have read the original work - the light novels. However, those who came across the manga before can pick up some information from this review as well.

Only a few chapters of the manga have been released (and translated) but I think this is the manga that shows how a different person interprets the story differently, by 'a person' I mean the manga author.

Yes, seriously.

First of all I haven't read the original light novel and as of writing this review there's only 7 chapters translated. I don't know what lies ahead but so far it seems to be a typical rom-com with very, very, very sweet story and not-so-intensive plot. The story started off as the synopsis stated. I read this in anticipation for the anime that is to release next year, and while it personally turned out better than I expected, it has its faults. I'll keep the review pretty short since there isn't much to really talk..

-The pacing of the story is very odd when I compare it to other romcoms that I've read, can't really describe it.
-Story is super generic too, zero progress has been made so far between the characters, however I expect that to change eventually.
-The art is fairly decent, and the characters look cute.
