You had to choose the number of cards you want, if it's write "members:3" "staff:4" blah blah, it means you as a member can request only 3 of them and not more, in this edition I let the chance to request 1 more card every month xD

Cards are for collecting, like you can collect clothes or hats or whatever, people collect cards, it's mostly for putting them inside album, and look on them whenever you want, cards are the same you see on the edition just with your username inside.
Me for example have a goal to reach to 100 pages of cards before army, so I always request daily xD
Of course some are not interested in it at all
Some prefer to request only the super special ones
Some request sometimes
And some request any card they see because it's fun to collect any kind
the hellsing ultimate video is from funimation's youtube channel. i'm assuming that funimation has a region lock on some of their videos. so... here you go.
Good review of attack on titan, nice and quick. Attack on titan art style is very unique and there are only few anime that has similar art style to this series. Did you watch the ova series for attack on titan? The first episode is Cannon to the series but the second is not so cannon, but it still give us some character development on some of season 1 characters.
