Alright, I'm sure you have been waiting for my reply. So sorry it took me forever to respond, ahaha.. And this took some time to prepare but I'm all set. :) Just click the spoiler buttons to see the step-by-step instructions for this (hopefully not confusing) tutorial by me. xP

Sure thing! (ﾉ≧∀≦)ﾉ I'll do my best to help. :)

1. Photoshop will always use all the fonts installed in your operating system. To expand your font selection, you'll have to visit websites that offer free downloads for all kinds of fonts. One site I can quickly recommend is Dafont.com as it has hundreds and hundreds of breathtaking fonts to choose from! Simply download and extract the font files, then right click on the font file and choose "Install". That font you just installed will automatically be available not just in Photoshop, but even in Microsoft Office too! :)

2. These frames I have in my profile were all made in PS. They consist of making or drawing a selection and then applying a "Stroke" outside/at the center/inside that selection. :) There are many different ways to create a selection. You can start with a basic shape or custom shape. Now go to the Layers palette and hold the "Ctrl" button in your keyboard while clicking the thumbnail of your shape layer and your shape should instantly be enclosed in a selection. Create a new layer keeping that selection active, then on that new layer, create a "Stroke" from that selection (try a Stroke with a width of "7 px" for example) and once you're done, this new Stroke will be your frame starting to form. Now, go to the Styles palette, then apply a Layer Style on this frame. Voila! Your new frame should come to life! Apply any Style that you desire and witness your newly created frame in various beautiful forms! ;)
You can install more Layer Styles in your PS! If you're interested in this, I'll teach you how, but I think I'm gonna need to post pictures on how to do this to make things easier to follow...

3. Putting a frame on GIFs can be made possible by creating a frame and keep this frame layer at the top of all layers in your Layers palette, and also make sure that the frame is visible in all phases of animation in your Timeline. So if you're going to hide certain layers during the animation of the GIF, always make sure that the frame (at the top of the Layers palette) is never hidden. You'll be sure to produce an animation that loops nicely inside a frame.

I think I can provide some snapshots of these in Photoshop as diagrams so I could elaborate further and to help visualizing these much easier if all my explanations in text form are too confusing to understand. ^^' I could prepare them if I have more free time. ｍ(｡≧Д≦｡)ｍ
