natsume yuujinchou and Mishi-shi both have aspects of a chariter who can see supernatural things that very few people can see or understand. also both animes have a relaxing sence to it, no realy big bad guy and each protagonist takes life as it comes.

...then you might like Tsuritama add

In both Ponyo and Tsuritama, they are both set in a peaceful fishing town. Until overtaken by aquatic life under the control of a magical power, they must set out to try and restore peace to the land. Both series seem to bring out a bit of an innocent and adventurous young spirit.

here we have 2 mangas that present a story of young athletes taking their 1st step into not just a sport but a life style, that few can excel at. mixed martial arts. entering into this new world the main characters share a common background in karate but other than that they very different people. including their motivation to fight. what does line up well is the realistic setting and accurate mma terms/knowledge. while ARM drops real brand names in the manga like "Shooto since 1985" and "Pride FC", Teppuu drops parody brand names like, "G-Girl" and "Sub Dhabi". if u like one, u will like the other.

Vagabond shares a lot of the same DNA as Berserk as it tells the story of a wandering swordsman who yearns for a worthy opponent. Vagabond embraces historical accuracy and the tenets of martial arts more than it does fantasy and ridiculous monsters. Vagabond's realistic nature is one of its greatest strengths and it makes the gallons of blood that are spilled in the manga have even more weight. It tries to realistically portray how isolating the life of a swordsman can be and it does so with amazing precision.

Similar to Steins;Gate, Erased asks the question "If you could go back in time to prevent a tragedy of a loved one, would you?" While Erased ignores science for a more supernatural explanation of time travel, it follows the same principle. Distinctly, Erased touches on the nostalgia of childhood, while teasing the audience with its engaging murder mystery throughout the series

Well, for starters, Paranoia Agent was done by the near-legendary (deceased) director Satoshi Kon, who was pretty much infamous in the industry for repeatedly making very artsy, psychologically complex titles that deal (harshly) with the "modern human condition". Working that angle, I would recommend you to try his highly-renowned movies, such as Perfect Blue. This movie deal with different topics than Paranoia Agent, but they are very well made, and you can see Kon's trademark twisted psychological style shimmering through in many places.

...then you might like E.D.D: Eliminate Dangerous Doctors add

E.D.D: Eliminate Dangerous Doctors is an odd story of vigilante doctors taking down other doctors. Though that may sound ridiculous at first, trust us as E.D.D: Eliminate Dangerous Doctors is nothing but awesome. With great action and some interesting use of the seinen genre, E.D.D: Eliminate Dangerous Doctors reminds us of when Monster goes towards it’s more action-packed moments. We don’t hear many people mention E.D.D: Eliminate Dangerous Doctors and that’s a shame as this story will really be a fun read for those into the themes of Monster but want less of the mystery element and more action/drama. You almost have to wonder if a group like E.D.D could exist in the real world.

...then you might like Barakamon add

The main similarity with Usagi Drop and Barakamon is that both of them have lots of heartfelt messages to share. While the latter is a bit more light and relaxed, the former showcases a bit more dramatic atmosphere to inspire some mellow emotions from the viewer. Now as for the character persona, it'd be weird if you didn't notice the very apparent resemblance (as that is the the biggest correspondence of all for both).
