And they answer those questions through another question, his kindness to Nishimiya. Is it genuine or is he only seeking his own redemption? A usual criticism towards the work is directed to the secondary characters with their lack of realization, that is to say, apart from Shouko, who as Ishida, we will not see completely her change but that acceptance that she wants to work for that improvement, in the rest of the secondary characters it is not evident if it has happened or not. El resto de los personajes secundarios también tienen sus propias culpas, especialmente notorias entre los que estaban en el mismo salón durante la infancia que junto a sus vivencias en el presente, les construyen como un “otro” en la narrativa, no sólo focos de exploración sobre el protagonista. Cómo se resuelven esos enfrentamientos es donde radica la mejor parte del manga, porque no teme en utilizar todos los elementos que fueron planteados de la forma más pura posible ni tampoco recae en una vaga exhibición sobre sus temáticas, es decir, explica lo que quería con lo que ha ido planteando, los personajes expresando sus sentimientos sin que aún así sea completamente sincero a quienes son, porque así son las personas, todavía más los adolescentes. La pregunta principal puesta en una nueva perspectiva y resuelta a través del manejo que tanto quería darle su autora termina en que es el cultivamiento de una nueva etapa que no veremos durante la historia más se comprende que es el camino que se tomará desde el último capítulo, la aceptación y perdón a través de realizar el mejor esfuerzo, con sí mismo y con los demás. Una crítica usual hacia la obra está dirigida a los personajes secundarios con su falta de realización, es decir, aparte de Shouko, quien como Ishida, no veremos completamente su cambio más si esa aceptación de que quiere trabajar por esa mejora, en el resto de secundarios no es evidente si ha ocurrido o no. Cosa que, en realidad, no debía corresponder el manga, porque nuestro punto de vista fue en mayor parte la culpa de Ishida, si hay introspectivas de otros personajes, más su propia aceptación les corresponde a sus propias experiencias y cómo las interpretan. Ooima es una mangaka impecable, sean sus dimensiones como dibujante, maquetista o narradora, en cada aspecto tiene una remarcable perfección, respecto a lo primero, el dibujo sólo se realiza más hermoso si cabe durante el recorrido, desde el detalle de los fondos hasta la expresión de los personajes, una amalgama de reacciones que revelan sentimientos y pensamientos con la mirada. Su papel como maquetista está de la mano con su desempeño como narradora, cuándo el punto de vista sobre el narrador cambia no sólo es un cambio de paneles, es un reimaginario de cómo ve el mundo desde su perspectiva visual o auditiva, especial consideración a lo último porque brinda uno de los capítulos más bellos de la historia. O por supuesto, el mero aporte de utilizar una “x” sobre el rostro de los personajes para representar la depresión a la que se estaba encerrando Ishida y que también brinda otro de los momentos más significativos. Sin olvidarnos de los múltiples silencios que brinda la obra, un perfecto contrapeso a aquellos donde el mensaje parece ser hablado en voz alta, sin embargo, no es así y nunca lo fue, sencillamente todos corresponden tal como habría de suceder. Y no sólo son sus valores individuales, el club escolar, ese personaje de las historias adolescentes que es omnisciente, no expresado a través de diálogo sino observaciones, que aún así tenemos conscientes de su presencia. La evolución del pequeño club de cine dedicado a construir esa obra anual que exhibir con orgullo, también el lugar para malentendidos románticos picantes hasta las bromas de camaradería típicas de cualquiera que se conozca lo suficiente. Es la mala suerte de quienes son consistente sin ser especiales, lo cuál sigue siendo una declaración injusta, porque para quien quien le dé la oportunidad, podrá ver en ella esa historia que no pretende llamar la atención, sino que da lo mejor de sí para sus personajes, en medio de malentendidos, declaraciones, pantallas y memorias. Una juventud cualquiera.

Reading the most voted reviews it is clear how we were all surprised by its change of tone in the narrative. The final stretch of the first part grows in scale to the typical fight between two great powers to save the "world", in that case, the Academy. The second reaches the same kind of denouement but its story does not take place in the institute, in fact, its development occurs almost entirely outside of it, because its scope is extended both at the level of context (world outside the Academy) and narrative (the fight is now for the world). The foundation from the previous part ... is Tsukune's utopian dream of reconciling the Youkai world with the human one, but let's be clear, it is only the excuse for what is going to happen, it is not the approach, if someday a part 3 is published then it would be the main theme and tangent of everything that happened. This is not to say that there are no small glimpses of such, such as the story at the beginning, because precisely this expansion of the world occurs both literally, by exploring areas completely outside the school, and in the knowledge of others outside the Academy, that is, that society that had been informed but we had ignored. The dark lords, the true power of Fairy Tail, the Chinese families or the ancient and transcendental that are the vampires. These are all ideas about the universe that Ikeda possibly wrote about but had not had the opportunity to have used. It's in the second part where he was finally able to showcase all that mythology, the problem is that he had to tie it into a narrative. And I don't mean to imply that it's fatal, in fact, Tsukune's path to the characteristic strength of the harem protagonist is more than deserved, it happens in bits and pieces, it requires his will, he is assisted by others. It happens in so many steps that you never feel a sudden rise in level, and to top it off, despite also being dense with his feelings, towards the end he reaches a firm resolution. I can't fault him. Nor Moka who was the real absolute center of the plot, the strands around who she is, what she wants to become and expects of herself are reciprocated, and of course the complement she has as Tsukune as allies and partner. It feels authentic, that they have both worked to achieve that stability. I can't fault it. And unexpectedly, also the sidekicks have their own paths and stories, several of them even end up paired up with each other (even the ones who seemed to be part of the harem). And those who didn't, had their own lessons and teachings, it may raise more than one eyebrow at the ending decided for several, still, I appreciate that effort to have given them that correspondence of a path. I cannot criticize him. What I can criticize is how things were presented, I'm not Ikeda, so obviously I don't know how much was or wasn't planned, only as a reader I was locked into the "it wasn't thought out" perspective. The antagonists appear as the plot requires them, most notably with respect to the level of threat they pose, the typical case of an inconceivable force only appearing so far. Moreover, the narrative scheme is quite simple, if of an unexpected scale, simpler in the background, ultimately it boils down to a fight with defeat of previous bosses until the final command. And that leads to another drawback, despite building that last skirmish in luxurious narrative details its ending owes us. The closing is not sufficiently rounded as we would have expected, and even though I added extra pages, the solution was a complete chapter. Anyway, it can be overlooked, the rhythm is good, the events that happen are interesting and the drawing is absolutely great, another incredible leap from how it was in the first part. In its more "Shonen" moments it is an absolute outburst of energy, detail and power, every action carries everything it should, they turn entire chapters into spectacles, too bad its forte is not character design in the final stages. Absolute applause to the evolution he had as an artist. It's those couple of drawbacks that prevent me from giving it a higher grade, in fact I've downgraded part 1 to a 5 just to categorize how its sequel is noticeably better in every aspect. Few criticisms and quite a bit of praise, but I feel I'm being fair with my due. Yes, I'm taken off guard, I didn't expect this is how the events were going to unfold and it may be that lasting impact that prevents me from treating it more harshly. Although there's no point in doing so either, it's not that the work tries to transcend limits never seen before, it's Ikeda's enjoyment in showing us how much he had to offer even if he had to devise some narrative to achieve it. And as of today I will become part of that tiny (and surely existing) audience praying for a new season for the anime. La recta final de la primera parte va creciendo en escala hasta la típica pelea entre dos grandes poderes para salvar el “mundo”, en ese caso, la Academia. La segunda llega al mismo tipo de desenlace pero su historia no ocurre en el instituto, de hecho, su desarrollo ocurre casi por completo por fuera de esta, porque su alcance se extiende tanto a nivel de contexto (mundo fuera de la Academia) como narrativo (la lucha es ahora por el mundo). La fundamentación desde la parte previa es el sueño utópico de Tsukune de conciliar el mundo Youkai con el humano, más que quede claro, es sólo la excusa para lo que ha de ocurrir, no es el abordaje, si algún día se publica una parte 3 ahí si sería la temática principal y tangente de todo lo acontecido. No quiere decir que no existan pequeños atisbos de tal, como la historia del comienzo, porque precisamente esa expansión del mundo ocurre tanto de forma literal, al explorar terrenos completamente ajenos a la escuela, como en el conocimiento de otros por fuera de La Academia, es decir, esa sociedad que se había informado pero habíamos ignorado. Los señores oscuros, el verdadero poder de Fairy Tail, las familias Chinas o los antiguos y trascendentales que son los vampiros. Son todas esas ideas acerca del universo que posiblemente escribió Ikeda más no había tenido la oportunidad de haber utilizado. Es en la segunda parte dónde por fin pudo exhibir toda esa mitología, el problema es que debía enlazarla con una narrativa. Y no quiero implicar que es fatal, de hecho, el camino de Tsukune hacia la fuerza característica del protagonista harem es más que merecido, sucede de a partes, requiere de su voluntad, es asistido por los demás. Ocurre en tantos escalones que nunca se siente una subida repentina de nivel, y por si fuera poco, pese a que también es denso con sus sentimientos, hacia el final alcanza una resolución firme. No le puedo criticar. Ni tampoco a Moka quien fue el auténtico centro absoluto de la trama, las vertientes alrededor de quién es, qué quiere llegar a ser y espera de sí misma son correspondidas, y como no, el complemento que tiene como Tsukune como aliados y pareja. Se siente auténtico, que ambos han trabajado para alcanzar esa estabilidad. No le puedo criticar. E inesperadamente, también los secundarios tienen sus propios caminos e historias, varios de ellos incluso terminan emparejados entre sí (hasta las que parecían ser parte del harem). Y quienes no, tuvieron sus propias lecciones y enseñanzas, puede que se levante más de una ceja en el final decidido para varias, aún así, valoro ese esfuerzo por haberles dado esa correspondencia de una ruta. No le puedo criticar. Lo que sí puedo criticar es el cómo se presentaron las cosas, no soy Ikeda, así que evidentemente desconozco que tanto estuvo o no planificado, sólo como lector quedó encerrado en la perspectiva de opinar “no estuvo pensado”. Los antagonistas aparecen conforme la trama los requiera, siendo más notable respecto al nivel de amenaza que representan, el típico caso de una fuerza inconcebible que únicamente aparece hasta ahora. Además el esquema narrativo es bastante simple, si es de una escala inesperada, más sencillo en el fondo, en últimas se reduce a una lucha con derrota de jefes previos hasta el comando final. Y que conlleva a otro inconveniente, pese a construir esa última escaramuza en lujos de detalles narrativos su final nos debe. El cierre no es lo suficientemente redondo como habríamos de esperar, y eso que le agrego páginas extras, la solución era un capítulo íntegro. De todas maneras, puede pasarse por alto, el ritmo es bueno, los hechos que suceden son interesantes y el dibujo es absolutamente genial, otro increíble salto de como era en la primera parte. En sus momentos más “Shonen” es un absoluto arrebato de energía, detalle y poder, cada acción acarrea todo lo que debería, convierten capítulos enteros en espectáculos, lástima que su fuerte no sea el diseño de personajes en las fases finales. Absolutos aplausos a la evolución que tuvo como artista. Son ese par de inconvenientes los que me impiden darle una nota más alta, de hecho le he bajado a la parte 1 a un 5 sólo para categorizar como su continuación es notablemente mejor en cada aspecto. Pocas críticas y bastante alabanza, pero considero que estoy siendo justo con lo debido. Si, me tomo con la guardia baja, no esperaba que así fuesen a desarrollarse los sucesos y puede que sea ese impacto duradero que impidan tratarla con más dureza. Aunque tampoco si hay punto en hacerlo, no es que la obra intenta trascender límites nunca antes vistos, es el disfrute de Ikeda mostrándonos que tanto tenía por ofrecer aunque tuviera que idear alguna narrativa para lograrlo. Y desde hoy pasaré a formar parte de ese minúsculo (y seguramente existente) público rezando por una nueva temporada de su anime.

En un sketch de Gintama (en alguno de sus enésimos episodios) Gintoki defendía como la existencia de To Love Ru por su valor en ser el manga que aún muestra pezones en la revista Shonen por emblema del país, y aunque sea parodia, tiene completamente la razón. En el décimo aniversario de la saga se publica To Love Ru Chronicle dónde diferentes autores realizaron sus propios homenajes a la saga y todos agradeciendo una y otra vez a Yabuki, y por último, cuándo creó su cuenta de Twitter el primer tweet llega a más de los 200 K me gusta y cada vez que publica ... cualquier sketch de TLR supera los 50K. Quiero implicar que a nivel histórico referiría a 3 obras que definieron el “Ecchi” como lo entendemos: Cutie Honey, Urusei Yatsura y To Love Ru. Siendo TLR quien llega a la cumbre de las últimas 2 décadas que deja el camino a similares pero que a la vez no considero que nunca llegue a haber otra siquiera similar, basta ver como Yuragi Yuuna San tuvo una portada picante escondida y casi se arma una polémica nacional ¿Qué dirían de las vaginas de Yabuki? Aún si hubiera parte 3 ese nivel de travesura no volverá.. Y en el fondo, considero que no importa, Darkness es la culminación perfecta de un artista, y vale, se es un poco injusto, TLR no es únicamente de Yabuki, la historia está escrita por Hasemi, hablamos de un dueto, es sólo que siendo justos, la narrativa en TLR no importa, tenía un plan original que fue totalmente cambiado a otro y al final siendo alargado porque se nota, no tenían ni idea de como terminarlo. La historia está guiada a ser una excusa cada vez más construida para escenas fanservice que dejen en ridículo a cualquier otro declarada obra “picante”, y mira han pasado 5 años y la sigo considerando insuperable, Yabuki promete que un día regresará a este mundo, aún nos debe su final. Pero habrá quienes crean que sólo (no)porno no puede ser entretenido, ja, craso error, el harem de Rito será de casi 10 personas y aún así, ninguna se siente una copia exacta de la otra ni un arquetipo sin personalidad andante. No es de extrañar que en las encuestas de popularidad fuera todo un revuelto de victorias, una vez Run, otra Momo, otra Haruna, Kotegawa. Risa que podría ser sólo una absoluta secundaria domina cada escena donde aparece, la mayor ironía reside en que posiblemente es Rito el más débil de todos. Y aún así prefiero mil veces a ese “príncipe” que el ser demasiado perfecto que era Kogarashi San o los protagonistas de Isekai completamente seguros de sí mismo. Si he de aprender algo, por insignificante que sea, prefiero verlo desde a quién identificó tan subnormal como yo pude llegar a serlo. Más nuevamente, cortemos, aquí si hay contexto para divertirte es por las caídas, las benditas caídas, las sagradas caídas, la pluma de Yabuki al diseñar las caídas más perfectas que ha concebido el ser humano (tampoco sé si hay siquiera competencia, pero de haberla, no tienen oportunidad). Cuánto llegó al extremo, es decir, lo he mencionado ya, y lo vuelvo a repetir porque este es el santo grial de lo que puede llegar a ser para “todo público”: tetas, pezones, vaginas (escondidas), las mentes de miles de jóvenes le deben ese bendito estímulo a Yabuki, por eso en Chronicle los autores mencionan leerlo religiosamente en sus escuelas. Y como no, alaban la habilidad de su dibujante, como no serlo, Kentaro es de los mejores (sino que el mejor) dibujante del cuerpo femenino extremadamente idealizado del anime, cualquier chica secundaria de estar en su propio programa sería la más votada como Best Girl de la temporada. Entiendo a quienes prefieren al original, más calmado, menos al extremo. But there will be those who believe that only (non)porn can't be entertaining, ha, big mistake, Rito's harem will be almost 10 people and yet, none of them feels like an exact copy of the other nor a walking archetype without personality. No wonder in the popularity polls it was all a scramble of victories, once Run, another Momo, another Haruna, Kotegawa. Risa who could be just an absolute secondary dominates every scene where she appears, the greatest irony lies in the fact that it is possibly Rito the weakest of all. And yet I prefer a thousand times that "prince" than the overly perfect being that was Kogarashi San or the completely self-assured protagonists of Isekai. This text is more for commitment than intention, I have the habit of writing a review in MAL when I finish a manga, that's simply it, and that's why these paragraphs, but I can’t pretend to write a review about Berserk, it is impossible, plainly impossible. Let's start with the approach I should adopt in the review, we could analyze it only as the work it is, without considering neither the time, the period nor the effects... it would be useless. It began its publication in 1989, it has 32 years of history and of course, there are manga that have lasted much longer, and ... I also consider them impossible to separate with respect to the context, and what to say about Miura's work, the impact that Berserk has made in the industry is immeasurable. I remember the news of his death, I was paralyzed, I could not do more that night, I have read Berserk for 10 years, how will it be for those who have followed it for longer, almost day 1? I don't want to imagine, the work as a work ceases to have meaning, it becomes another part of yourself. And it was curious, while we have known it over the years as the most iconic dark fantasy, those of us who remembered it was for what it changed us, its warmer panels, the warmth behind its cruelty. Because Berserk goes beyond the Golden Age, that one only settles the themes, it is the later search where little by little the story that Miura wanted to tell becomes tarnished. One of forgiveness and transformation. On the way another band of the hawk is formed with several people who were deplorable beings in another moment, and they change, the coexistence, the contact, the overcoming, changes them, renews them. In the midst of indescribable beings committing the greatest massacres, there was humanity striving to preserve itself, to endure, to grow. It is a true demonstration of how life should endure. Berserk has influenced to a ridiculous level the later fantasy world, you could write and write about its followers, you wouldn't even skim the surface. I know, I've only written metaphors and hyperbole without giving real reasons and points to merit its fame, and it's because this isn't a review, it would be impossible (or at least, immensely wearing) to gather it in one place. Sorry, you'll have to read it if you want a real answer, or maybe there is someone who has made a comment accordingly. My other reviews are such if you want to read them. For my part I can only thank Miura, in heaven where he is, for having given my favorite manga, of the works that have marked me and many others, and will mark us forever. Comencemos con el enfoque que debería adoptar en la reseña, podríamos analizarla únicamente como la obra que es, sin considerar ni el tiempo, la época ni los efectos… sería inútil. Empieza su publicación en 1989, tiene 32 años de historia y claro, hay mangas que han durado mucho más tiempo, y también las considero imposible de separar respecto al contexto, y que decir de la obra de Miura, el impacto que ha realizado Berserk en la industria es inconmensurable. Recuerdo la noticia de su muerte, yo estaba paralizado, no pude hacer más en esa noche, he leído Berserk por 10 años ¿Cómo será para aquellos quienes la han seguido por más tiempo, casi día 1? No lo quiero imaginar, la obra como obra deja de tener significado, se convierte en otra parte de ti mismo. Y era curioso, si bien la hemos conocido tras el paso de los años como la más emblemática fantasía oscura, quienes la recordábamos era por lo que nos cambió, sus paneles más cálidos, el calor que se escondía tras su crueldad. Porque Berserk va más allá de la Golden Age, aquella sólo asienta los temas, es la búsqueda a posterior dónde poco a poco va desluciéndose la historia que quería contar Miura. Una de perdón y transformación. En el camino se forma otra banda del halcón con varios quienes eran seres deplorables en otro momento, y van cambiando, la convivencia, el contacto, la superación, los cambia, les renueva. En medio de seres indescriptibles cometiendo las mayores masacres, había humanidad esforzándose por conservarse, por perdurar, por crecer. Es una demostración auténtica sobre cómo debe perdurar la vida. Guts el monumento de la masculinidad va sintiendo y abriéndose más consigo mismo mientras avanza en su camino, Griffith quien era el modelo de ser del gobernante intrépido se vuelve un ser menos y menos humano, un joven no tiene reparo en cachetearlo, se merece eso y mucho más. Y aún así está mención es mínima, siquiera se explora las capas de psicología, temática, mensaje que representan cada uno, es el mejor dueto que ha existido en el manga. Y los secundarios, ambas bandas del halcón, cuánto no podría escribirse acerca de ellos, casi una reseña por personaje y siendo generosos. ¿Y siquiera debo mencionar el dibujo? ¿Los diseños? Berserk ha influenciado a un nivel ridículo al mundo fantástico posterior, se podría escribir y escribir sobre sus seguidores, ni siquiera se rozaría la superficie. Lo sé, sólo he escrito metáforas e hipérboles sin dar verdaderas razones y puntos para ameritar su fama, y es porque esto no es una reseña, sería imposible (o al menos, inmensamente desgastante) reunirlo en un solo lugar. Lo lamento, tendrás que leerlo si quieres una verdadera respuesta, o a lo mejor haya quien si ha hecho un comentario acorde. Mis otras reseñas si son tales por si quieres leerlas. De mi parte sólo puedo dar gracias a Miura, en el cielo donde se encuentra, por haber dado mi manga favorito, de las obras que a mi y muchos otros, nos han marcado y marcarán por siempre. Gracias

What does a work need to reach 10? You know, the masterpiece, the supposed perfection. It depends mostly on the critic, I have never believed that nonsense of objective criticism, if it were so there would be no need for reviewers, indeed, nor spectators, all art would be produced for that single entity, the invisible judge who will say "good or bad". But fortunately it is not like that, everyone has their own voice built with experiences and proximities, with the considerations to say, "this here, this, is incomparable". And with this strange introduction I want to say that Bocchi's little story belongs (in my ... eyes) in that select group. The drawing? Not at all, neither the backgrounds, details, illusion of movement, and surrogates, it's a very simple style, of the typical 4 vignettes manga that revolves around a little joke. Even the anime did an exceptional job of bringing it into motion, basically giving it everything it lacked. Originality in its approach? Oh, I have an important point to say about that, but I'll leave it for later, for now, no, the shy characters are not new, far from it, but it doesn't mean that Bocchi is a copy either, thanks to the definitive factor that will be none other than, its story. No complexity or convoluted world, here sincerity prevails, and that is that it did not need anything else, but what it only needed, that is, a nice protagonist and characters to accompany her. Bocchi's path was decided from the beginning, she had to make friends and for that she had to overcome her anxieties and fears, one of the best details is how she takes the necessary time to achieve it, she meets her first friends and little by little they become closer, first being comfortable with them before opening up to strangers. Those chapters are charming because they revolve through those inside jokes of everyone's very particular personalities, you may argue that they are just personalities based solely on some idea and were flat because of the same, and I won't deny it, it's true. However, there are characters among characters, the first batch of those who were introduced are the ones who spend more time, each one has a small evolution from beginning to end: Nako with the search to continue with her friends, Aru assuming the value she has as a person, the strength that Kako found to get closer to the others or Sotoka who should not hide behind extravagances to declare who she is and what she wants to become. The first part with the chapters focused on that interaction with their little quirks, funny encounters for each other, where they share and have fun in a genuine way. Afterwards, the encounter of more and more characters that only have one characteristic and yet, they don't need anything else, why mess with something that doesn't need it? Besides, in real life several friends can be friends, even if we only talk about one subject with them. Are they really so improbable? And here I want to return to the mention of originality. I am not avid to compare, but because of the frequency with which the subject is brought up, I feel it is necessary. There are not few comparisons with Komi San, both have a socialization problem, however, I consider Bocchi's story superior at all angles, however, I don't want the review to become a boring comparison, I just want to focus on the 2 most important points: The characters and the length. Both works have secondaries dedicated to a single personality, but while in Komi it may be a single appearance in the corner of a page, Bocchi devotes a whole chapter. Ya sabes, la obra maestra, la supuesta perfección. Depende mayormente del crítico, nunca he creído esa tontería de la crítica objetiva, si así fuera no habría necesidad de reseñadores, es más, ni espectadores, todo el arte se produciría para ese único ente, el juez invisible que dirá “bueno o malo”. Más afortunadamente no es así, cada quien tiene su voz construida con experiencias y cercanías, con las consideraciones para decir, “esto de aquí, esto, es incomparable”. Y con esta extraña introducción quiero decir que la pequeña historia de Bocchi pertenece (a mis ojos) en ese selecto grupo. ¿El dibujo? Para nada, ni los fondos, detalles, ilusión de movimiento, y sucedáneos, es un estilo muy simple, de los típicos mangas de 4 viñetas que giran alrededor de una pequeña broma. Inclusive el anime realizo un trabajo excepcional llevándole al movimiento, básicamente le dotaron de todo aquello que carecía. ¿Originalidad en su planteamiento? Oh, tengo un importante punto que decir al respecto, más lo dejaré para después, por ahora, no, los personajes tímidos no son nuevos ni mucho menos, pero tampoco quiere decir que Bocchi sea una copia, gracias al factor definitivo que no será otro que, su historia. No complejidad o mundo enrevesado, aquí prima la sinceridad, y esa es que no necesitaba de nada más, sino de lo que únicamente necesitaba, es decir, una protagonista agradable y personajes que la acompañen. El camino de Bocchi estaba decidido desde el comienzo, tenía que hacer amigas y para ello debía superar sus angustias y temores, de los mejores detalles es como se toma el tiempo necesario para lograrlo, conoce a sus primeras amigas y poco a poco se hacen más cercanas, primero estando cómodas con ellas antes de abrirse a desconocidas. Esos capítulos son encantadores porque giran a través de esas bromas internas de las personalidades tan particulares de cada quien, podrá discutirse que sólo son personalidades basadas únicamente en alguna idea y fueron planos por lo mismo, y no te lo voy a negar, es cierto. No obstante, hay personajes entre personajes, la primera tanda de quienes fueron presentadas es a quienes más le dedican tiempo, cada una tiene una pequeña evolución de inicio a final: Nako con la búsqueda de seguir junto a sus amigas, Aru asumiendo el valor que tiene como persona, la fuerza que encontró Kako por acercase a las demás o Sotoka quien no debe esconderse detrás de extravagancias para declarar quién es y que quiere llegar a ser. La primera parte con los capítulos enfocados en esa interacción con sus pequeñas manías, encuentros divertidos para cada quién, donde comparten y se divierten de forma genuina. Posteriormente empieza el encuentro de más y más personajes que sólo tienen una característica y aún así, no necesita de otra cosa. ¿Para qué enredar algo que no lo necesita? Además, en la vida real varios amigos pueden serlo, aunque sólo dialoguemos únicamente de un tema con ellos ¿De verdad son tan improbables? Y aquí quiero retomar la mención de originalidad. No soy ávido de comparar más por la frecuencia que suelen traer a colación el tema siento que es necesario. No son pocas las comparaciones con Komi San, ambas tienen un problema de socialización, sin embargo, considero la historia de Bocchi superior a todos ángulos, no obstante, no quiero que la reseña se convierta en una aburridora comparación, sólo quiero concentrarme en los 2 puntos más importantes: Los personajes y la duración. Ambas obras tienen secundarios dedicados a una sola personalidad, pero mientras en Komi puede ser una única aparición en la esquina de una página, Bocchi dedica un capítulo completo. Es cierto, en Komi hay arcos completos dedicados a personajes secundarios y siento que sobran, no aportan al eje principal, en cambio la historia de Bocchi todas se relacionan con ella, no quiere decir que deba ser el único eje de desarrollo, más tampoco se siente como si fuese sólo para alargar una historia ya de por sí extensa. Porque esa es otra cualidad de Bocchi, 100 capítulos, ni más ni menos, podría haberlo continuado, centrarse en Kai y como cambian todas en la preparatoria, no fue así. Porque ya lo hizo, se volvió amiga de toda la clase, no importa que se separen. Los recuerdos siempre estarán ahí. La maestría a mis ojos es cuándo una obra es tan compacta en sus objetivos y el modo en lograrlo que si le quitará o agregará algo toda la estructura se vendría abajo, claro, el que tan imponente sea la estructura en primer lugar también inferirá en la consideración. Más en este caso, en ambos enfoques, todo me resulta sencillamente, bello. Bocchi aprendió que se necesita valor para hacer amigos, y que ese valor vale la pena. Y sólo por la fuerza de ese mensaje demostrado a través de sencillos, pero seguros pasos, eso, es lo que considero, maestría.
