I guess i should warn you guys that i will be uploading on LBRY, it's been awhile since i had my own video platform again. Youtube has truly been a cancer, anyone that wants to upload anime, AMVs, vocaloid songs, osts and nightcore again come and join us at LBRY. All you need is a big EXHD / EXSSD.

I will host my LBRY username in my MAL description so that it is easier to find my videos.

Those are legit concerns but I think the best way to start for any new club is focus on making it simple as possible with a large amount of micromanagement to curb shenanigans, keep things safe, and help ppl getting involved- this is in order to grab as many ppl as possible for maximum success while keeping things safe under your close care. Then as things expand, you can slowly restructure to a more controlled format with less management required.

Yeah Neet is no good, somehow Otaku gets a pass. I think "Come do tasks for money!" would be decent since you'll get the point across in a simple manner.

btw if you want to expand that club, no offense but I glanced at the system you recommended to Half_blood, and it seems WAY too complicated. The cold truth is that the more and more stuff ppl read, the more they lose interest. You should simply have a "Offer a task for $$$" thread and make it clear it's where ppl can either offer stuff they'd like done or offer their services. Then they (or you as the club creator) should then follow up on how the thing went in the thread. As the admin, you would also want to edit each single post with big colorful bold letters outlining the basic nature of the post (LIST DESIGNER NEEDED, etc)

You should also really change the name to something else and remove all the neet references. Club name is really important. Most ppl who would be your target staff aren't neets - if they care about being considered neets and find it a derogatory term, they probably won't get involved. People seriously do care THAT much. A better club name is something that says ppl want to do stuff others can't for money. Even simply "Do tasks for money!" is good.
