Even if it's a 2007 anime, i doesn't look like one. I just don't like the animation of the series. It gives an old look.
And hey calm down. You can't like something and expect everyone else to do the same. I know that Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (did i get it right this time?) is quite a high rated anime and is immensely popular, but i'm among the rarity who just don't find it attractive enough.
Besides, I never had the intention to offend the fans of those anime, I was telling you about my tastes. You were reading 'About me'. I'm sure it must be a great anime but it just doesn't strike me.
Yea, It has the same subplot feel that 20th Century Boys had, it fits the story. But I was also expecting a more along the lines of Death Note feel, but I like the way it was done more.
I kinda agree on that, so far we haven't got to know much, but I trust it'll all be explained further on, and it's only been 7 episodes. It appears to me it's a developing story-type of anime that doesn't explain everything at once.
