Same art style and character personalities and plots are similar like a girl disappear in both. Super drama is how I define these two. The main characters like to be funny and joke around.

If you liked Full Moon wo Sagashite add

...then you might like Kaleido Star add

They love to perform and a dream to become better. With help from spirits, they pass challenges. The main characters are optimistic so they befriend their rivals even though they show hostility. Full moon is more romantic but kaleido star can give you a good laugh and also at times it gives a slice of life feeling.

...then you might like Death Note add

Both include detective-like logic for solving cases. Death note is like a cat and mouse game with L hunting down Light trying to get him arrested for using the death note. Conan has less storyline because it has more cases than one.

These stories tell how boys somehow got involved in vampires, the main characters. Karin is a reverse vampire though giving blood instead of taking. Rosario has more fighting scenes and more like harem.

The main characters' origins turned out to be different than what they expected and gains great powers because of it. With their powers, they train to defeat a greater evil from destroying the world. Both anime involve hero, villain, and justice.

Both animes are about otakus or NEETs, and the main characters have poor experiences in finding jobs and try to create a game and doujinshi. Otakus themed animes are more into how to interact with people but at time they include comedy scenes or ecchi. NHK is much better for its comedy.
