I think we will find many common points in this profile. My full nickname is KEAforGaming. Let's talk about my favorite genres:
Mystery, detective genre and slice of life; quality comedy and romance; And it's drama done in a way that can really hurt.
When these genres are combined, beautiful series can be created. For example, good series can be created when horror and comedy are combined.
I try to plan my scoring system for each anime. My priorities when scoring are:
1. finale, 2. story flow, 3. anime songs, 4. drawing and visual feast, 5. characters..
If the finale sucks, the anime's rating may drop to 5.
But in my points system, sometimes the ranking can be disrupted. For example, if the drawing and colors are perfect or I like the music very much, the score can increase a lot. If the finale and story flow are normal, this environment is more likely to occur. Apart from that, I like novels. Generally, my favorite novels are of the mystery genre. You can find my favorites below. Claymore is the first anime I ever watched, but it's also my favorite. The second anime I watched was Elfen Lied. The 3rd anime I watched was Fruit Basket, the 4th was Mirai Nikki and the 5th was School Days. When I watched Elfen Lied, it was the first time I saw something like this, so I was more interested in anime. As a manga, I read Mirai Nikki's first manga and then watched the anime. But kiseijuu is what really got me started on manga.
