I'll switch to comments rather than DM's since it's easier for me to write it here.
I enjoyed Toaru series because of it's world building, character development (and being able to relate to the characters), as well as the emotional scenes in it. I thought that having 2 series be in the same town but happening at different perspectives sounded like an interesting idea and I was excited to watch it. After I decided to watch it, I waited 4 months because I was watching other series and I was waiting for Railgun T to finish, and when I started watching it, I was stunned from how much I liked it. I don't know really why but again, I think it's mainly the world building, the characters, OP's, ED's and emotional parts in it.
