I like pc gaming, craft beer, metal and sometimes watch anime. Woo.
Rating Scale:
10 - Masterpiece; usually to get this high a series has to rise above only enjoyment to art or provoking some kind of profound emotions or thoughts in me.
9 - Excellent series, watch without reservation. Flaws don't detract from enjoyment but are enough to prevent it from rising to a 10.
8 - Great, but with one or more noticeable easily identifiable problems, be it filler, bad characters, plot holes, or pacing.
7 - The bench mark for a solid, enjoyable show, the minimum that I would suggest people to watch without seeing if they like the genre.
6 - The better side of average. Mildy enjoyable, but major issues are present. Can be an effort to finish.
5 - Apathy. Either so bland and average not to be worth mentioning, or the good and bad points cancel each other out.
4 - The last rung of mediocre before venturing into something that is painful to watch. Avoid.
3* - Has one or two good qualities that salvage it from the abyss of the next two categories but in no way is worth watching.
2* - Nothing redeeming at all.
1* - Torture.
* - May be so terrible it's amusing: See reign:the conqueror.

You might like Psycho-pass. Do tell me your opinion about it after you've finished watching it, please.
ohhh .. high compatibility ..

Cya around fellow eva-lover ;]
I saw your post criticizing Aria on the defense thread. I'm not intent on telling you to watch it since it's only in my standard tier. However, I think you want to watch Mushishi. It's seriously one of the most relaxing things I've ever seen and has much of what your profile suggests you appreciate. In truth I'm also trying to salvage the slice-of-life genre for you and this show is definitely the kind that can convince you the genre ain't all moe' and stuff.
Wanna bet on it? More Matsumoto Leiji is always a good thing :P
PD: Akasaka pwns, he should star in a fighting game XD
I would like to hear your opinion about Zipang. I have a friend who wants to know if it´s worth the time spent on it, but since I haven´t watched it myself (and I´m already saturated with way too many shows), thought about asking you, considerating the compatibility.
A well detailed reply is appreciated.
